Excellent food, all flavors always well balanced

Excellent quality Roman streetfood. The flavor of all the dishes we tried was very good, despite the unusual combinations of ingredients. There is a lot of work and creativity in every husband. The wifi works great. But if I can make a suggestion, I would tell you not to use disposable paper plates and cutlery. It would do the dishes more justice, and be better for the environment, if you used re-usable cutlery

Wow the carbonara was the best I’ve ever had! We went to the Michelin star carbonara restaurant Luciano’s, honestly that was nothing compared to this one. Save yourself the time and money if you are a carbonara fan and come here. Delicious!

Very small and quaint place. Varied menu with many excellent dishes. More of a street food experience (albeit a nice and well-kept place) than a restaurant experience (paper plates and forks, water in bottles). High price, excellent quality and very central location but considering mini plates and tables a bit too much

Maritozzi with delicious condiments. I was very impressed by the cacio e pepe with fig which really balanced the flavor of the dish. However, the chairs were a little uncomfortable 🫠

Found by chance in a small alley, mini restaurant with only 2 tables outside, very intimate and cute. The waitress is adorable. Very fair price for the quality. The carbonara pasta is amazing and filling. First tasting of Maritozzo for us and we fell in love with the one with mortadella. Tip: share a pasta dish and 2 Maritozzo. We are going back without any problem 🥰

The best carbonara in Rome, and the tiramisu husbandzzo is the best husbandzzo in the world. I felt at home

We started with two savory Maritozzi, good but average, and a fried cacio pepe pizza, the latter very tasty. As first courses we chose two 160g carbonaras, absolutely delicious, really well cooked from the crispy bacon to the egg cream. We concluded with a sweet Maritozzo with white chocolate and chopped pistachios, delicious and generously seasoned. The place, however, is too spartan, with very few seats and small outdoor tables. Despite this the staff was always courteous and very helpful. I think the price is a little too high (€34 each) considering the type of restaurant, where you eat with plastic cutlery, paper plates, and bottled water. Overall, however, a place worth trying and which I recommend for enjoying an excellent carbonara

Piccolo locale con all'interno cucina a vista e quattro tavolini con sgabelli. Interessanti le proposte dei maritozzi salati. La carbonara servita nei piatti biodegradabili era buona anche se personalmente il guanciale l'ho trovato troppo croccante e salato. Ci è stato proposto un pinot grigio di antonutti . Buono ma non da giustificare la spesa di 33 euro. Personale alla mano. Prezzi medio alti. Comunque rimane un indirizzo valido.

Un piccolo locale assolutamente non turistico, cosa che ho molto apprezzato. Piatti ottimi, l’unico difetto è il dover mangiare fuori a Dicembre senza nemmeno una stufa. 🥶
