Very good choice for snacks. Great flavors! It doesn't have a suitable atmosphere for sitting. But for take away it's worth a try!

The food is delicious and the service is friendly. Like many small restaurants in Rome, it's very small. There are only a few tables, but that's part of its charm.

I'm back and I'll be back again! The Maritozzi are varied and all very good; the option to order the small ones means you can try more than one! And their carbonara is one of the best in all of Rome. The staff is super friendly and helpful. See you soon. The Maritozzo pulled pork is amazing!

Had an aperitif (€8). Good Aperol Spritz. Savory maritozzo with anchovies and stracciata (€7). Good but not exceptional. Tasty cacio e pepe pizza (€5). Some of the maritozzo on the menu were unavailable. Maybe because it just opened. Tiny place, better outside. Sometimes it's okay!

Quiet and amazingggg place to get Maritizzo!! We got the tiramisu which is the highlight, the regular, the pistachio, and the salon one to try a savory one. All were amazing, fluffy and tasty. The owner is really friendly and the atmosphere is quiet and relaxed - highly recommended!!!

We went for my brother's birthday, and he's a carbonara fan. Here's what he said: service 9.5; atmosphere 2 (they should mention how cramped it is on the website when you book); food 5. We had carbonara, but it was very salty, and the cream...not bad, but not good either. It was cooked al dente. Unfortunately, a disappointing experience.

Everything was really good; the chicken maritozzo actually thrilled me. It's a very small place, you have to reserve, and it's very cramped. But it's so good it's worth it.

Il Gufo E la Coccinella

09/03/2026: An absolutely positive experience. Dinner with friends from Palombaro at this informal yet meticulously crafted restaurant. The owner and his sons serving were always present and available to explain the characteristics of the dishes we chose and the ingredients they use. We will definitely return and recommend it to other friends.
