Nice atmosphere but very slow service (Saturday night). After a long wait, one of the four first courses (a carbonara) according to the waiter “had come out badly” and the short pasta “had run out”. Result? They brought us three cold matriciana and a carbonara with spaghettoni

Found it by chance, I must admit that I ate really well there, so well that I went back again in just two days. The desserts need a revisitation because they are nothing special but the rest is all fantastic. Almost all the waiters do not wear masks properly and for this reason I give 4 stars

As befits the location, this restaurant is just a wee bit pretentious. There’s a comprehensive list of Amari and cocktails to match. But no list of wines by the glass. Wine can be had by the glass. But waitstaff can’t tell you what they are (beyond Chardonnay and Sauvignon) or who made them. So the best option is to step up to the bar to survey the labels and choose for yourself. This seemed odd to me as I tend to find that good cuisine and an astute selection of wine go together. The pasta dish I ordered for a late lunch was satisfactory and overall the service was good.

Una bella sorpresa in pieno centro a Roma. Bello il posto, buono il servizio e ottimo tutto quello che ho mangiato. In particolare ho trovato la matriciana delicata e squisita, forse la migliore mangiata nei ristoranti a Roma. Tornerò con piacere. Bravi

Il Marchese, a mio avviso, non si smentisce mai.
Sicuramente è tra i miei ristoranti preferiti a Roma.
Ottimo connubio tra ristorazione romana casareccia, ma allo stesso tempo elegante nella presentazione.
Ottimo il carciofo, in tutte le sue presentazioni.
Polpette al sugo che ricordano i vecchi sapori delle nostre amate nonne.
Ottimi e deliziosi i primi.
Buona la cantina dei vini, ottimo il lavoro dei barman, buono anche il servizio.
Da attenzionare l’accoglienza, forse un po’ di pazienza in più migliorerebbe il servizio.
Spero che l’atteggiamento della dolce signorina all’ingresso resti un caso isolato.
