We visited Marchese del Grillo and were truly thrilled. A trattoria that captures the essence of Roman cuisine: simple, authentic, and irresistibly delicious. We enjoyed a perfect amatriciana, with an intense and balanced flavor, a creamy and perfectly flavorful gricia, and a sautéed chicory that complemented the meal wonderfully, all prepared with quality ingredients and a care evident in every dish. The service was impeccable: the staff were kind, welcoming, and professional, always attentive without ever being intrusive. The atmosphere is familiar yet refined, making the experience even more enjoyable. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone who wants to savor authentic Roman cuisine in a warm and authentic setting. We'll definitely be back!

By far the most authentic Italian-flavored grill house I’ve encountered during my entire stay in Italy! Even the restaurants in Rome could envy the culinary mastery hidden in these dishes. Incredibly delicious and perfectly balanced flavors — a flawless harmony between ingredients and textures! Not to mention the warm and friendly service. If you’re ever in Ciampino, this is the place you won’t regret visiting. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’d come back anytime!

Nestled somewhere far away from the crowd is this restaurant. It's one on the only restaurants in the area that are still open after 8:30 PM as far as I could see. The staff is friendly, the atmosphere quaint and the food was really good. We ordered the pomodoro bruschetta and the carbonara and they were really tasty. Would definitely recommend a visit if you're in the area.

For dinner, we chose this restaurant near Rome Ciampino Airport. We enjoyed the dishes we chose for their quality and reasonable price. We would recommend greater attention to cleanliness outside the restaurant.

The staff were polite and welcoming, everything was excellent, the food was excellent....

Ristorante trovato per caso, molto soddisfatti della scoperta, il titolare gentilissimo, piatti abbandonati a carne ottima. Che ore 5 stelle meritate.

Ristorante vicinissimo all’ aeroporto. Ci siamo fermati in questo locale appena atterrati a Ciampino di ritorno dal Marocco in astinenza da Pasta ; nonostante non avessimo prenotato e il locale era quasi pieno per una serata musicale sono riusciti comunque a trovarci un tavolo … e per fortuna ! Perché la pasta ( cacio e pepe , amatriciana e ragù ) era buonissima ! Superlativi anche il tiramisù e il loro dolce della casa con anice stellato . Personale gentile e simpatico ,ogni volta che torneremo a Ciampino verremo a trovarvi. Consigliatissimo !

The place is well managed, the friendliness and helpfulness is the end of a list of elements necessary to return, excellent food for all palates, generous portions and elegant competitive prices.. and for those who love music on Thursday (the day I happened to be there) karaoke.. Nice system.. and well done ... recommended.
