Imagine the most perfect restaurant ever. That’s what this place is. Food is AMAZING highly recommended the pizza both gluten and gluten free. They are the best pizza you will ever have. Calzone was absolutely delightful and salad was very fresh. Dessert was amazing and all homemade and gluten free. The two owners are so kind and amazing. They kept giving us bread because it was so amazing. They tried their best to communicate even with the language barrier. The place is so adorable and atmosphere is amazing. Everything about this place is perfect. You are seriously missing out if you pass on this place. They are also certified by the AIC. This place might be a little off the beaten path but worth the effort.

A particular oasis that I didn't know about in a very hidden place. The environment is simple but the quality of the food is out of the ordinary, such attention to raw materials is no longer found in most restaurants. The gluten-free pizza was delicious and extremely digestible. The seemingly simple desserts were truly exceptional, a revelation in every bite. The love for the choice of ingredients that Monica puts in her dishes is evident when she stops to talk at the table, as is her passion for food and the search for ever new recipes. Alessandro prepares the most varied pizzas or the classic ones. I will be back to try other dishes soon. A strangely little-known place but one to be appreciated and frequented, if you want to eat healthy and well. Exceptional price quality. Highly recommended.

I absolutely want to recommend this pizza restaurant to you! It's a truly exceptional family-run restaurant! The pizza is excellent, both the normal one and the gluten-free one! Furthermore, the owner specializes in gluten-free cuisine, she also makes fresh pasta (e.g. pici), the latter upon reservation (in the sense that when you book you say that you want to try the cuisine, rather than the pizzeria and she organizes it) . All the desserts are made by the owner, they are GLUTEN FREE and truly DELICIOUS. I took the profiterole, while my boyfriend took a very fresh dessert based on wafer crumble, pan-fried peaches and panna cotta! Both very good. Plus, they have a wide selection of gluten-free craft beers. I really recommend it, both for the goodness of the dishes and the courtesy of the staff!

TOP pizza, with refined and deliberately unrefined flours. Dough leavened for 72 hours, try the pizza with a base of black flour or turmeric. Strong passion on the part of the owners shines through.
