Excellent quality pizzas. Tasty and digestible gourmet dough, wide variety of choice on the menu. Particular attention is paid to celiacs, for each pizza there is the possibility of having it gluten-free. We had booked for 8.15pm but due to a problem with the car we had to postpone first for 9.15pm and then for 10.00pm. Very helpful staff who, having understood the situation, welcomed us despite the unexpected. Absolutely recommended pizzeria.

Very busy and nice informal environment... quiet even though it was full. Excellent pizzas with very long leavening and various doughs such as ancient grains, cereals, turmeric and gluten-free. High quality raw materials..., large light pizzas... very digestible. Friendly and helpful service. Generous portions of desserts, all homemade and gluten-free... huge choice. I can't help but give a high score because we had a great time! FABULOUS pizzas with various doughs, all naturally leavened...: turmeric...multigrain...ancient grains and gluten-free... Great generosity in the portions of the desserts, all homemade by the lady and all gluten-free Excellent quality of raw materials and abundant toppings for large and very light pizzas! Nice...cozy...family atmosphere. Super competitive price, really good in relation to the excellent product. SUPER RECOMMENDED

Interesting little place AND EXTREMELY UNDERRATED I went there with friends who know the place and the 45 minute drive to get there (my fault for being a m0nculi) was worth it. The location is decidedly unfortunate because, in short, it is in the middle of industrial warehouses. The sign is old and the building is meh, it's not like it's a miracle. BUT Once you cross the threshold, YOU ARE HOME. Very kind but not servile owners, normal prices or a euro more. In my opinion, pizza and desserts are the best.. We just shared slices of pizza between us to taste them. Truly a nice discovery

A real and very pleasant surprise in Pontedera! Truly high quality pizza, both with normal dough and especially gluten-free (rare to find so good), truly exceptional! Good, rich and tasty at the right price. The cecina is also excellent, absolutely worth trying as a starter. All the desserts (homemade!!) are gluten-free, homemade and these too, very tasty. Competitive prices and staff attentive to every need. In front of the Piaggio factory, with the possibility of parking nearby. You can't miss it under any circumstances if you pass by here!

Amazing pizza like few others with very high quality dough. Unfortunately, seeing a place that offers such a pizza empty is a disappointment. If I had it close to home, I would be a regular customer of theirs. If you like pizza and you are near Pontedera it is absolutely worth going there. Oh I forgot, very honest prices.

Imagine the most perfect restaurant ever. That’s what this place is. Food is AMAZING highly recommended the pizza both gluten and gluten free. They are the best pizza you will ever have. Calzone was absolutely delightful and salad was very fresh. Dessert was amazing and all homemade and gluten free. The two owners are so kind and amazing. They kept giving us bread because it was so amazing. They tried their best to communicate even with the language barrier. The place is so adorable and atmosphere is amazing. Everything about this place is perfect. You are seriously missing out if you pass on this place. They are also certified by the AIC. This place might be a little off the beaten path but worth the effort.

A particular oasis that I didn't know about in a very hidden place. The environment is simple but the quality of the food is out of the ordinary, such attention to raw materials is no longer found in most restaurants. The gluten-free pizza was delicious and extremely digestible. The seemingly simple desserts were truly exceptional, a revelation in every bite. The love for the choice of ingredients that Monica puts in her dishes is evident when she stops to talk at the table, as is her passion for food and the search for ever new recipes. Alessandro prepares the most varied pizzas or the classic ones. I will be back to try other dishes soon. A strangely little-known place but one to be appreciated and frequented, if you want to eat healthy and well. Exceptional price quality. Highly recommended.
