The Pici con ragù di Cinghiale was one of the best pasta I have ever had in my life. Absolutely loved it! ❤️‍🔥

We spontaneously stopped by for dinner without a reservation. The owner greeted us very politely and offered us a seat on the cozy balcony. The small, simply written menu rounded off the whole experience on a positive note. The bruschetta to start with was a perfect start. Afterward, we both had the "Pasta al Ragout/al Bolognese." Without exaggerating, it was the best ragout we've ever eaten. A definite recommendation! However, the price is a bit high. The two of us paid €70 for the appetizer + first course + wine and tip.

I had dinner at this beautiful, cozy, and welcoming place. The waitress was very friendly and helpful. The food was excellent. The game cured meat platter, the sliced ​​beef, and the wild boar pici were delicious. Tip: in the bathroom, you can find sanitary pads of various sizes. Thank you ♡

I'm leaving ⭐️⭐️⭐️ because I'm an honest person, with a modicum of culinary expertise, and what I tasted was excellent! From the quality of the ingredients to the cooking... nothing to complain about! Very nice location: the restaurant is nestled in the well-kept hamlet in the heart of Lajatico. It's a shame, however, that the service was rather unpleasant. Perhaps we hit a "bad lunch," the restaurant owner was having trouble, the wrong day... But we booked for two adults and two children, and I would never return with my kids. There were no children's options, and the menu offered didn't include dishes you could easily feed toddlers. We were told that it wasn't even possible to make changes to the main courses, so "make do" was the translation. And all of this was accompanied by an annoyed and indisposed tone and attitude. Bread is available for celiacs, but there's no first course (pasta is now available in all supermarkets), and those who can't eat gluten must choose from the second course. In conclusion, €62 for three courses, water, and cover charge (no wine). I'd say there's room for improvement. The location and quality of the food are worth it.

Siamo rimasti incantati da questi posti..iniziando dalla semplicità e spontaneità della ragazza (di cui purtroppo non so il nome) che ha accolto la vostra prenotazione all' ultimo minuto..il posto è una vera chicca,un piccolo gioiellino in un posto incantevole! Il cibo è DEVASTANTE!!! tagliatelle al tartufo incredibili,non ho mai mangiato nulla di più buono in tutta la vita!! Complimenti a voi ragazzi,siete una squadra meravigliosa,spero di avere altre occasioni per tornare a trovarvi!! CONSIGLIATISSIMO!!!!
