02/07/2025: Wow, Pitbeef Milano was awesome! The food was incredible, but honestly, the people there made it even better. We tried to book for dinner and they were totally full. Instead of just dissapointing us, they were so nice to actually suggested we come for lunch. We did… and seriously, zero regrets! It was fantastic! You can tell they love what they do. They were super passionate explaining everything. All the different beef cuts (they really know their stuff) how they cook it, what whisky goes best (they know their drinks too!) just literally everything about the food and drinks! We ordered The Vertical, Teres Maior and the Smoke Pichanha Tagliata. The meat was crazy good. So tender, so flavorful, cooked perfectly. That smoked Pichanha was so smoky and good! Seriously, big thanks to them. They turned a big dissapointment moment into a great lunch, all while being genuinely kind and clearly loving their products. It wasn't just dinner (or lunch!), it was a really cool experience. Great food, even better people. We'll be back for sure!

01/07/2025: In my opinion, pitbeef in Milano is one of those hidden gems. I have now had the pleasure of the pleasure of having, both lunch and dinner at this restaurant, and could not recommend it more if you are into both pit BBQ and whisky. Their beef has been top-level on both occasions. The chili with toasted fresh bread and the flank steak is a perfect combination to pair with a quality bourbon when you are away from home. If you are looking for a spot to scratch the itch from home when you are in a business trip you cannot go wrong having a meal here. And the owners are absolutely adorable people who love what they have created in this spot.
