A wonderful find just steps from the castle in Novara! This unique butcher-and-restaurant concept serves incredible, high-quality meat that is cooked to absolute perfection. The staff (Elia Valentina Faten) was warm, polite, and quick, making the whole meal feel special. Large portions, fair prices, and a great overall vibe. Highly recommended for meat lovers!

What a wonderful concept! I really loved the idea of ​​recreating the atmosphere and experience of a real butcher's shop, where you can personally choose your favorite cut of meat and then have it cooked for you. It's an original idea that makes the experience truly special. The quality of the meat is also exceptional, and the grill chef really knows his stuff: the cooking was simply perfect. If I had to suggest a small improvement, I'd love to find some spicy salts or special seasonings to add to the meat. Another area that could be improved is the organization when there are large groups. One idea could be to assign the cut of meat not only to the table number, but also to the person or couple who ordered it. For example, instead of simply indicating "Table 6," you could use "6A," "6B," and "6C," where each letter identifies a person or couple. This would reduce the risk of confusion during service and potential complications when it comes to the bill. Unfortunately, both of these situations happened at our table, and while the rest of the experience was excellent, they are small details that can ruin an otherwise truly special experience.

This was my first time at this restaurant. The meat was delicious, the service excellent. I didn't give it 5 stars because the grilled vegetables were really limited for the price.
