31/08/2025: Truly amazing!!! Top location, impeccable service, and a chef who cooks top-notch truffle dishes!!! All accompanied by an excellent Pitigliano white wine, of course.
26/08/2025: Living in Pitigliano, I know the restaurant, which has been open for 20 years now, and every time I come, I'm always amazed by the quality of the dishes and the truly excellent, warm, professional, and never-intrusive service, both from the waiters and the very kind owners.
If you're looking for traditional dishes, but also revisited and prepared in the finest possible way, you're in the right place. The Pan Brioche with liver pâté, truffle, and fig jam was exceptional (the best liver pâté I've had in Tuscany, where it's typical), the ignudi with truffle were made to perfection, not to mention the desserts and the truly impressive wine list.
Last but not least, the location in the Piazza del Duomo, which remains intimate and very evocative, and the decor, which is elegant and understated.
The prices are in line with everything offered.
Undoubtedly the best restaurant in Pitigliano!
