Nice place with veranda and garden where we ate the typical dishes of Maremma cuisine very well. The first course based on tagliatelle with Chianina ragout, really excellent, was highly recommended. We were welcomed with familiarity and kindness

Divine food and courteous staff. It was an exceptional experience. The dishes flooded my palate with lush flavors. The taste of eating well is unparalleled in this place. Recommended to everyone.

I won't go into too much detail. We stayed in Alberese for a week and unfortunately we only discovered it on the third day, we returned every evening until the last. Maybe it's because the flavors and the type of cuisine are very similar to those of our home, maybe it's that the place is very beautiful, relaxing and welcoming, maybe it's because we liked everything we ate very much, however I highly recommend it and I don't see the time to go back.

Ottima cena in questa bella trattoria nel cuore della Maremma. Rustica e calda ma allo stesso tempo curata. Abbiamo mangiato all’aperto e ci è piaciuto che i vari tavoli fossero, in qualche modo, schermati grazie a fiori, piante o divisorii in bamboo. Ogni tavola ha potuto beneficiare della propria privacy. Idea molto carina. Servizio cortese, attento e veloce. La cucina ottima. Tutto veramente buono. Dal baccalà, agli straccetti di manzo al balsamico, dalla pappa al pomodoro al tagliere maremmano. Dolci di produzione propria. Curato il giardino. Prezzi corretti. Coperto minimo. Qualità ottima. Bravi e gentili.

È diversi anni che veniamo a mangiare qui e devo dire che è sempre molto buono. La cucina è ottima così come la scelta dei vini e la cortesia del personale. Se posso dire i prezzi dei primi piatti e dei dolci mi sembrano un po' altini anche se sono buoni. Lo consigliamo vivamente.

UNICO - Ghiottonerie Toscane

18/01/2025: A truly excellent family-run place, we had a Tuscan soup, a pumpkin pie, cheese gnocchi with honey and chestnuts, and a venison stew with pumpkin. It was all really delicious
03/01/2025: Local located in the center of Follonica. It has few tables, so reservations are recommended. You sit in a warm and pleasant tensile structure. The menu does not include many courses, but all are cooked with love; you can see and feel the care and refinement in the preparations. Very kind in meeting the needs of a celiac person by specially preparing a very good appetizer! The only downside was the friendly service, but very, very slow.
