This is my first time, i love the food. Specifically, it served South Indian Food. The atmosphere is nice and quiet. The staff (girl) is so helpful in English, because I found it challenging to speak Italian or Malayalam. The chai tea never disappointed!

Visited this restaurant with my family for the first time, and it was a wonderful experience. We tried the beef & chicken biriyani, Orata fish pollichathu, all were fresh, yummy and absolutely delicious. If you are looking for authentic traditional Kerala food, this place is an excellent choice. Highly recommended!

Ghee Dosa was delicious but the chutney was very nostalgic. Decently priced and well worth it. One of the best places to eat if you miss south Indian cuisine.

We had food from Malabar Restaurant and it was an experience like no other in Europe! 😋 The taste was truly authentic and we really enjoyed it. All the items we had were super delicious. Especially the porotta was soft and fresh, and the beef fry was everything up to the mark. Never had this experience before in Europe. Highly recommend for authentic Malabar cuisine!

14/12/2025: After many years, Shiva remains my go-to Indian restaurant in Milan because the food is always delicious, the prices are affordable, and the set menus are well-designed (I like both the Shiva and vegetarian menus). Not all the ingredients are top-quality (the menu says the chicken is Aia, and the shrimp don't seem particularly fresh either), but so far I haven't found better Indian cuisine in Milan. The staff are always very friendly, and the restaurant has a lovely atmosphere.
