Great place, slightly expensive but very high quality. Embarrassingly spectacular raw ham. Staff always at the top, very kind and attentive.

Discreet, quality products but prices a little too high (we are Monsummano, not in the center of Florence).
Nice atmosphere but side room too noisy (annoying rumble if there is a crowd).

Really fantastic place, cute and friendly and efficient girls, super, super, super good food, I usually take a lunch break there whenever I want to eat something tasty that I can't prepare at home, especially the meat tartare and here I can even eat a hamburger with the meat tartare. I've tried them all now and I can't say which one is the best. I often go around the hamburger menu and then do it all over again, because I never know how to choose the one I like best, they're all good.

This place is a total gem! Excellent food and welcoming service. English menu with some staff speaking English. Reasonable prices considering the quality of everything. Highly recommend.

In Monsummano Terme, you have to go to il Maialino. Where the pork is entirely processed by them. The steaks instead come from local farms. Everything is excellent. You have to come

Osteria tradizionale per “cicciofili” dove la carne proveniente da un unico allevamento della zona viene servita in tutti i modi possibili. Qualità della carne ottima (scottona limousine), molto buoni anche i salumi fatti dalla loro macelleria. Ho assaggiato anche i tordelli che ho trovato molto saporiti. Simpatico ed efficiente il gestore servizio un po’ lento dovuto soprattutto al numero degli avventori (bisogna prenotare con un po’ di anticipo per trovare posto).
Devo dire che, cosa che non sempre accade, la segnalazione della guida Michelin si è rivelata giusta.

Posticino perfetto per una cena dal vero sapore toscano. Locale semplice e accogliente, personale amichevole e gentilissimo, ottimo assortimento di vini e un menù che lascia a lungo indecisi perché si vorrebbe assaggiare tutto. Piatti abbondanti e davvero ben cucinati. Prezzi corretti. Uno di quei posti che lascia un ottimo ricordo, da consigliare e dove tornare.
