23/05/2025: I have had the pleasure of going to lunch and dinner at Da Fagiolino since I could hold a fork, in Cutigliano, in the heart of the Pistoia Mountains, and I can say without a doubt that it is always an unforgettable experience. This restaurant is a true gem that encompasses the beauty of Tuscan cuisine, offering typical dishes prepared with passion and authenticity.
The Tuscan cuisine here is simply exceptional. Each dish tells a story of tradition, with a modern touch that makes it even more special. From handmade macaroni with hare sauce, to Tuscan crostini, crostone, to cantucci served with vinsanto, each course is an explosion of flavors that celebrates fresh and genuine local products. The dishes are cooked with skill and love for tradition, but also with great attention to the quality of the ingredients.
An element that makes this trattoria even more special is the hospitality of the family that runs it. Paola, the mother, and her daughter Diletta, are the true soul of Da Fagiolino. Their warm welcome and impeccable service make every guest feel at home. It is clear that they are passionate about their work, and every member of staff I have had the pleasure of interacting with has been incredibly courteous and helpful.
I grew up with the traditions of Da Fagiolino, and since I was a child I have been fortunate enough to be able to taste their cuisine. Every time I return, the experience is more and more special. It is a place that never ceases to amaze, where every dish is a memory and a new discovery. The familiarity and authenticity of the place are truly unparalleled.
The atmosphere of the restaurant is intimate and welcoming, with a rustic touch that perfectly fits the high Tuscan mountains. All this is accompanied by a selection of fine wines from the area and beyond, which perfectly enhance each dish.
I highly recommend visiting Da Fagiolino to anyone who wants to taste true Tuscan cuisine in a familiar and genuine environment. It is the ideal place for those looking for authenticity, quality and a service that makes you feel like part of the family.

19/05/2025: Era da parecchio tempo che volevo tornare in questo ristorante ed oggi mi sono deciso a farlo.

Menu : molto buono, in particolare evidenza i piatti storici di “Fagiolino”
Rapporto qualità/prezzo : nella media….prezzi un po’ troppo alti rispetto ai piatti che abbiamo scelto
