Osteria tradizionale per “cicciofili” dove la carne proveniente da un unico allevamento della zona viene servita in tutti i modi possibili. Qualità della carne ottima (scottona limousine), molto buoni anche i salumi fatti dalla loro macelleria. Ho assaggiato anche i tordelli che ho trovato molto saporiti. Simpatico ed efficiente il gestore servizio un po’ lento dovuto soprattutto al numero degli avventori (bisogna prenotare con un po’ di anticipo per trovare posto). Devo dire che, cosa che non sempre accade, la segnalazione della guida Michelin si è rivelata giusta.

Friendly and helpful staff, excellent choice of meat. All-round Tuscan cuisine. Perhaps the image of the dish that makes your mouth water is a little missing. The crouton can be improved.

Posticino perfetto per una cena dal vero sapore toscano. Locale semplice e accogliente, personale amichevole e gentilissimo, ottimo assortimento di vini e un menù che lascia a lungo indecisi perché si vorrebbe assaggiare tutto. Piatti abbondanti e davvero ben cucinati. Prezzi corretti. Uno di quei posti che lascia un ottimo ricordo, da consigliare e dove tornare.

24/03/2025: Known for its excellent cuisine, this time too it did not disappoint.
19/03/2025: I went to Fagiolino last week and had a very pleasant evening. The food was excellent from starters to desserts. The location is very beautiful and well-kept. The owners and staff are very knowledgeable, helpful and welcoming. It was truly a surprise to be back after so many years and to be even more positively impressed! Compliments!
