The best carbonara I've ever eaten!

Since my husband and I have a business in the area, we often go to Maghetto, especially for lunch. The cleanliness, friendliness, and quality of the food—whether pasta, meat, or pizza—have made it our favorite restaurant in the area.

We went for dinner. The interior is small and the location isn't particularly exciting, but it's my neighborhood and I like it a lot anyway. Starting with the fried foods, we had a cacio e pepe supplì, which I thought lacked the kick that pecorino should provide. A regular supplì was good, but also a bit lacking in personality—let's say a slightly bland flavor. But both were great, and the breading was good. Finally, a potato croquette with porchetta, off the menu, which was truly delicious, and I would have eaten only those all evening. It smelled great, tasted great, and was perfectly breaded. The pizzas, a capricciosa and a delicata without tuna, are very, very good—I'd say definitely better than the supplì. The pizza is thin, just the way I like it, and they serve it to you already sliced, which isn't a given. The quality-price ratio is definitely a strong point, as I think it's a great place with very low prices. In fact, I'd go there even if it were a little more expensive.

Simple pizzeria in a popular neighborhood of Rome, I really liked the pizza. It is family run, if you happen to be in the area it is worth stopping by.

Exceptional pizza and very kind staff

Questa non è una semplice pizzeria, è il nostro " posto felice". Fanno una pizza unica, nel senso che almeno per me, è leggera e non da' problemi di digeribilità. Il servizio è veloce ma attento. La frittura dei supplì, dei filetti di baccalà è realizzata con olio fresco, non è pesante ed e' sempre perfetta anche se ordini da asporto. Ci torniamo spesso e con grande piacere e non è mai deludente, anche nelle serate in cui tornando a casa molto tardi, abbiamo pensato:" Perche non ci prendiamo una pizza?".... Ottime le focacce, specialmente quella con bresaola, rucola e grana, e buona la scelta delle birre. Se devo proprio trovare un difetto, è troppo vicina a casa, e ci sembra di non essere usciti!

I only took away pizza but I can say that it is good, low for those who like Roman style. I want to go back to eat there and try something else
