This is the best meal we have had in Florence. This is definitely a no frill gem in Florence. We can tell it’s patroned by the local people. Everything is exceptional! Service was good! We had the beef tongue, stewed beef in pepper and wine, crepe with spinach and the parpadelle with ragú. My favorite dishes were the stewed beef and the parpadelle. They are highest quality home-cooking food. We are so impressed with the dessert, panna cotta and the ricotta cheese cake. They don’t come with any fancy presentation but you are getting the 5 star quality as in a high end restaurant. If you come to Florence, please do not miss this place for some true Florence traditional cuisine. Please prebook the place as it is a small restaurant.

Found it on Osteria app, and was pretty hyped to come here. The food was fine, but nothing special. Ossobucco felt too tough to eat.

So, old style place, you may like it or not, honestly it is not so "glossy". In my opinion it is not in the canonical tourist circuit, so you have to look for it, even if it is in a square. The cleaning of the tables between one customer and another is pleasant. Good food, at least the first courses, normal prices.
Lampredotto chapter, I am absolutely not an expert, so I leave the judgment to you. Taken in broth, looking at some photos online the product would appear to be almost fat-free. In what they served me the fat percentage far exceeded that of the meat. I repeat, I am not an expert, therefore neither passed nor failed.
Honestly, I expected it to be different.

A place known thanks to the advice of two dear friends Elisa and Lucia from Florence. We ate for lunch, table booked well in advance as we are not Tuscans. Cozy place, the lady who welcomed us was very helpful, everything was good, we will return

E' sempre un piacere venire ad assaggiare i prodotti di questa piacevole Osteria in Piazza della Passera! E' la nostra terza visita e il locale non finisce di stupire! Polpette di Lampredotto divine, chitarra al Lampredotto e Tagliolini col pesto di cavolo nero TOP. A seguire Lampredotto bollito e Trippa alla fiorentina per sentirsi in Paradiso. Cantuccini, Vin Santo e grappa barricata. Assolutamente proporzionato il prezzo, anche perché facciamo pranzo completo da antipasto a dolce (e un bel Chianti della Casa, generosissimo con i suoi 14°!)

We were here for dinner and were the only tourists. There are mainly traditional dishes with offal, but also recommended vegetarian alternatives. There were two types of good olive oil at the table. The food was very good, the service was very nice and the prices were moderate. We reserved a day in advance, I don't think there would have been space spontaneously.
