A wonderful discovery, not easy to find because it's not as flashy as the large tourist-trap terraces in the center. Authentic cuisine, full of flavors. A real treat. No disappointment in sight.

Delicious, innovative, friendly and authentic. After 2.5wks in Italy, Il Magazzino was one of the best. How exciting to see the creativity in offal preparation, with the flavour and textures in each dish utterly on point. The salty crunch of the Totani di Bosco and rich gelatinous broth of the Lampredotto al rosmarino in particular are in my dreams.
Service is friendly and fun, and there’s a real down-to-earth, authentic vibe. Pretty sure we were the only non-locals there, and it felt like such a privilege to find this place among all the tourist traps in Florence. Grazie mille!!

We were so lucky to walk in and get a table for 4 with no reservation. The staff and owner were super friendly, and the food was amazing. The meatballs, pasta, and desserts were the best I've had. Highly recommend for spectacular food, non-touristy atmosphere at super reasonable prices.

We ate delicious food! Typical Florentine food. We were served wonderfully! Highly recommended. The house wine is delicious! And the ricotta dessert is out of this world!

We only had three dishes because we weren't very hungry, but the wild squid with sauce was delicious, as were the first courses. The place is small and cozy, and the service is quick. It's worth noting that they bring grated Parmesan cheese with the first courses, which is not a given.

Durante un week end a Firenze, ho deciso di provare Osteria Tripperia Il Magazzino, spesso citata online come una tappa obbligata per gli amanti della cucina tradizionale fiorentina — e posso dire che ne è valsa la pena. Abbiamo iniziato con un antipasto ricco: prosciutto toscano, finocchiona, fegatini e coccoli, un mix perfetto di sapori locali ben equilibrati. Come primo ho preso i pici con ragù bianco: consistenza della pasta ottima e condimento saporito ma delicato. Poi il vero cuore della cucina fiorentina: lampredotto bollito, gustoso e preparato con cura, e infine un piatto che merita una menzione d'onore: manzo fritto con acciugata, croccante fuori, tenero dentro, semplicemente fantastico. Locale accogliente e curato, con un servizio cortese. Consigliato a chi si trova in zona e vuole scoprire una cucina autentica, saporita e non turistica.
