Very nice and well-kept place in a pleasant atmosphere. The staff immediately appears affable but professional. The dishes are of excellent quality with fresh and well prepared ingredients. Precise service although a little slow especially in the second part of the meal. Prices a little higher than average.

We had a takeaway, the order was precise and quick, everything was ready when we arrived. Delicious sandwiches, truly excellent gluten-free selection and even today it is often rare to find it. The only flaw is the portion of chips which are a little dry.

09/08/2024: Sicily in Latina. Freshly prepared Sicilian street food. Everything is delicious, from the arancini, to the panelle bread and croquettes, not to mention the sfincione, and the desserts 😋....it's now a regular event, at least once a week. You can enjoy them by sitting at the tables adjacent to the restaurant or take them home, after 15 minutes they were still hot and fragrant👍👍. We return often and I can only confirm the 5 stars. Everything excellent
28/07/2024: Truly the best in town for arancine and cannoli. For true lovers of Sicilian food you absolutely must try pane panelle and crocche'. What about the spleen sandwich to be eaten strictly hot on the spot, the bookable pasta with sardines and the rings, all one better than the other.

26/08/2024: Oliva e L'ingegnere rappresenta oramai una nostra tappa fissa estiva. Anche quest'anno siamo ritornati da loro e come sempre non ci hanno deluso. Il posto è intimo ed accogliente e propone pochi coperti. La cucina è eccellente ed innovativa, ogni anno troviamo un nuovo menù. Le portate sono equilibrate ed esaltano i sapori dei singoli ingredienti, il tutto con un'ottima carta dei vini. E' davvero difficile dire cosa ci è piaciuto di più della nostra cena, perché è stato tutto squisito a partire dagli antipasti per finire ai dolci. Il prezzo è giusto per l'elevata qualità che offrono. Ci ritorneremo presto come sempre!
26/08/2024: Oliva e L'ingegnere is now a regular summer stop for us. This year too we returned to them and as always they did not disappoint us. The place is intimate and welcoming and offers few seats. The cuisine is excellent and innovative, every year we find a new menu. The courses are balanced and enhance the flavors of the individual ingredients, all with an excellent wine list. It's really difficult to say what we liked most about our dinner, because everything was delicious, starting from the appetizers and ending with the desserts. The price is right for the high quality they offer. We will be back soon as always!
