We found it on The Fork...we remembered the old management, so what we found was truly a pleasant surprise. The welcome was warm, to say the least, and both people (one of them the owner) made it a truly enjoyable experience, both for the dishes we tasted and especially for the final presentation of the amari, which truly showed so much passion and desire to explain the choices made to the customer. We'll be back because there's so much more to discover.

My wife and I visited this restaurant for the first time, based solely on reviews, so we weren't sure what to expect. Our expectations were fully met, as the food was high quality and excellent value. The service was also quick and friendly, with timing appropriate for the number of courses. Tartare, suckling pig, sandwich, and dessert (excellent). The wine and beer list is extensive. We sat at a table outside because it was lovely, but the inside dining room with all the wines on display is also very beautiful. Highly recommended, and we'll definitely return.

Business lunch with a colleague, from the outside a terrace with tables and chairs, very nice and well-stocked the internal environment, very clean, pleasant and immediately puts you in a good mood. First course, macaroni with Spanish sauce of peppers and tomatoes with burrata very good, excellent coconut and fruit dessert, excellent service. We closed with excellent gin and tonic Congratulations 👏👏👏

Pranzo in famiglia di Pasqua. Trovato per caso in una zona decentrata di Modena. Bellissimo locale, perfetto per una cena romantica (che consiglio), gestito da giovani il cui coraggio ed entusiasmo va premiato. Il menu di Pasqua era fisso per cui non abbiamo potuto spaziare, ma devo dire che abbiamo gustato dall'antipasto al dolce (insalata di coniglio con le puntarelle, rosette con asparagi e funghi, grigliata di carne e millefoglie di colombe con crema chantilly e fragole). Se proprio devo trovare un difetto, mi permetto due consigli allo chef: 1) le puntarelle hanno un retrogusto amaro e si gustano meglio se condite o con un pinzimonio a disposizione 2) la millefoglie avrebbe raggiunto la perfezione se avesse usato una bagna per la colomba. A parte questi piccoli dettagli, in ogni caso abbiamo tutti apprezzato una cucina tradizionale ed allo stesso tempo innovativa. Consiglio assolutamente.

Grazie a The Fork ci siamo imbattuti in una autentica sorpresa. Il locale è molto carino, specie all’interno anche se approfittando di una gradevole serata primaverile abbiamo preferito accomodarci nel dehor.Sia il titolare sia il personale sono stati estremamente cortesi e di compagnia. Abbiamo preso due antipasti: fiori di zucca in pastella e flan di spinaci con crema di parmigiano; quindi abbiamo proseguito con due secondi: guancialino di maiale e tagliata di manzo con verdure; per concludere due fregolotte alla nocciola, un caffè e una grappa, dopo aver accompagnato la cena con un ottimo cerasuolo di Vittoria. Ebbene: oltre ad essere ben presentati, i piatti erano tutti sublimi. I fiori di zucca in pastella perfettamente croccanti, senza punte di eccesso; il flan semplicemente strepitoso, arricchito da pancetta croccante; il guancialino di maiale una vera scioglievolezza, tenerissimo come poche altre volte lo avevamo provato e anche questo arricchito da pancetta croccante; la tagliata di manzo di elevatissima qualità ed estremamente abbondante, cotta esattamente come da indicazione. La fregolotta l’avrei preferita con il crumble sul fondo semplicemente per un gusto tutto personale, ma anche questa davvero ottima. Francamente non mi aspettavo un livello così elevato: eccellente rapporto qualità/prezzo. Davvero bravi tutti! Non vedo l’ora che inizino le serate con musica live preannunciateci del titolare. Torneremo sicuramente! Esperienza da provare
