Excellent food and great service.
I ate perfectly cooked roast pork shank—finally, I dare say, since, almost always, in other restaurants, it's undercooked and dry.
Perfect polenta with pecorino.
Very tasty crouton with pecorino and lard, delicious bread.
The liver was mouth-watering, perhaps a little overcooked, but that's purely a matter of personal preference, as I like my liver soft and a little pink (thinking about it later, I could have asked for it!).
Excellent wine recommendation.
I would happily return to this restaurant.

We were wandering around a fairly deserted Bagno Vignoni on a wet afternoon looking for a dry spot to get a bite. We happened upon Il Loggiato, what a great find. They had limited menu options due to the time of day, but what they served was excellent. I would say that I enjoyed Il Loggiato's pizza as much, if not better than the ones I ate in Napoli. The crust was a little thicker, not doughy, and the flavours were excellent. Other plates received high praise from others in our group. The ambience was calming: The service was friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended!

Discovered this restaurant by chance as it's one of the few open this time of year. Rustic setting with a relaxed atmosphere. The food is exceptional and high quality. Highly recommended are the tartare and the tomino with truffle. The figs with lard are also delicious and unique. Excellent 👏

Excellent food quality. There are "traditional" dishes and a little more daring/experimental combinations. The service is "slow" in a very good way and the atmosphere is the one that lets the food and tastes do most of the talking. Prices are in line with the quality and the experience.

We found it by chance because it's a bit hidden. The interior is small but warm and welcoming (it must have been a wine cellar in the past). The staff and owner are friendly, and the food is delicious, making you want to recommend it to friends. Reservations are recommended. In good weather, they also have outdoor seating at street level.
