Located right in the center with plenty of parking nearby, but be careful on Wednesdays, cars get towed, as happened to me :-( even though the signs pointed the other way )

We had such a lovely stay here! The staff was always very helpful and kind, the palazzo was beautiful and the spa was very well equipped. We were very happy with all the vegan food options as well, for breakfast they had an apple cake that was to die for! The restaurant has a delightful vegan menu as well. Absolutely recommend it!

Located in a historic palazzo, yet with all the modern amenities you could want – a comfortable room with a nice bathroom, friendly staff, and an excellent on-site restaurant. A great place with character and a pleasant atmosphere.

Excellent, very quaint hotel. Comfortable bed, plentiful, high-quality breakfast. Some room features are a bit neglected, such as a lamp that falls off and only one outlet far from the bed to charge your phone.

Want to feel like you're part of history? Then you should visit this hotel. It's located in a former monastery, over 400 years old. History truly comes alive here, with stone staircases, vaults, and arches—an integral part of history where you can stay and experience it. The hotel also has a beautiful hall in a former church, perfect for events and banquets. The rooms are clean, very warm, and equipped with everything you need. A minibar is included. The breakfasts are delicious and balanced, with fresh bread and locally produced cheese worthy of special mention. There's also a pool and sauna, but you need to book in advance. The staff is polite and helpful. Overall, a good hotel, I highly recommend it.

Lovely place, top service and food

A fantastic experience, to say the least. The staff was even more excellent. Young, professional, and friendly. An unexpected surprise. Exceptional location (again, according to my tastes). Refined and elegant place. I'd say if and when I return to the area, it will be the first place I'll try. The restaurant is in an excellent location (I haven't tried it), but I won't miss it in the future. Excellent!

Delicious small gem in the heart of Fossano. Highly recommended! Lovely staff, best coffee in town and a lovely internal courtyard to enjoy it. Rooms are beautiful!
