Magnificent period building, superbly renovated. The staff is attentive and welcoming. The junior suite, located in a quiet area overlooking a small patio, is comfortable and beautifully furnished. Quality breakfast. The spa must be reserved in advance as it is private. A flawless experience for a pleasant stay in this beautiful region. Parking is a 3-minute walk away.

A historic building, meticulously restored and transformed into a hotel. The meticulously maintained rooms offer all the comforts of a 4-star hotel (and more), and it has a small spa (for private use and a fee) that's a real gem. The restaurant serves traditional dishes using top-quality ingredients. Perfect location for visiting the Langhe. The breakfast, featuring local products, is excellent. The rooms are impeccably clean. The staff is always courteous and helpful, a special thanks to Arianna. Highly recommended; if we're in the area again, we'll definitely return.

A love nest, beautifully decorated rooms, a clean and intimate spa, an excellent restaurant, truly a place with a soul. This is the third time we have stayed and dined here, always with the same quality.

A very pretty Palazzo, as Italy knows how to reserve them for us, with this discreet authenticity, strong with a flawless, efficient and so friendly service. Very comfortable, luxurious junior suite, and impeccably maintained. In the quiet of the small town of Fossano, the place opens up to multiple opportunities to explore the neighboring vineyards, hiking, by electric bike or Vespa, do not hesitate to ask for a guide at the reception. Breakfast is most pleasant, served in the patio in season where you can also have lunch or dinner, but book in advance, the black puddings come willingly for coffee, the Italian lunch break, afternoon tea, aperitif, at any moment, it comes and goes, and yes, it is good!

Update 2025: I can only confirm our impression. Wonderful hotel! We had an unforgettable weekend and would love to come back. The hotel is beautiful and exceeded our expectations. Our room facing the inner courtyard was very quiet, everything was perfectly clean, and there was a free minibar... The breakfast is very plentiful, and the egg dishes are freshly prepared (they were also delicious). The bar is perfect for an aperitif (the small snacks are a taste of what the restaurant has to offer). The highlight for us was the restaurant! Absolutely top-notch – with every dish. The price/performance ratio is more than outstanding, and the friendly service in every area is remarkable. The hotel doesn't have its own parking lot, but there is plenty of space for loading and unloading, and there's a free parking garage just a few meters away. (Thanks to the team for the breadsticks, I really appreciated them)
