Good food, terrible service. We went for dinner on Saturday evening, and despite there being many waiters in the room, we received our food after 25 minutes. There were four of us, and I was served last, 15 minutes after my husband and children. I waited, looking around while they ate. Furthermore, the waiters, while we were waiting, walked by us without clearing our empty plates. Service definitely needs improvement! Prices for the first courses are a bit high. Three first courses, a second course, three coffees, water, and a glass of wine totaled €81.50. Diners should be served at the same time.

The food is excellent. It's a bit cold so I wouldn't rate the atmosphere.

Typical dishes made with excellent ingredients. Friendly service despite the difficult evening (Halloween). Definitely worth trying again.

Nice place, definitely better than what you'll find around Viterbo. Reasonable prices, but they should definitely reduce the salt content in their dishes. (Definitely too salty.)

A quiet and welcoming place, where the food is authentic and local. The charcuterie boards are very varied and full of flavor, and the chickpea and chestnut soup is delicious! We had a very pleasant lunch; the owner is very kind and takes care of everything. Thank you, and see you next time!

Excellent restaurant, fast service, young and efficient staff....This is our third time here and we always have a great time. Order the house appetizer...it's excellent.

We had a great time, served fairly quickly, and the games on the paper placemats were a great idea to pass the time while waiting for the desserts, which arrived so long afterward! A little slow, and perhaps that's why I didn't appreciate it as much as a dish. The price was more than fair! Perhaps a few too many waiters, and you can't quite tell who's serving your table! But these are small things that can improve things. 👍😋

This is the second time we've come here for dinner after a lovely day at the spa, and despite it always being very busy, we've always managed to find a table, even after a few minutes of waiting. Regardless of their win with Alessandro Borghese on the TV show "I 4 Ristoranti," I have to acknowledge the quantity and quality of the dishes. The pizza, like all the dishes here, is truly excellent, and the prices are reasonable, with no nasty surprises like we've had at other highly regarded pizzerias in Viterbo. The only flaw, if we really want to find one, is the mixed fried appetizer (€10), which also included fries and was very minimal. The staff is attentive and very friendly, and the atmosphere, both inside and out, is very welcoming and warm, making the experience quite pleasant. See you soon, but above all, BRAVI!!!

We ate on the terrace (2 pilgrims and a dog). Very friendly welcome from Luca who recommended good wines ❣️. Polpettes were really fabulous 👍💥 (the polpettes were on the menu of the day). Just like at my mother-in-law's! Thank you!

Excellent food (we loved it for its innovative Sardinian Viterbo fare, including excellent hay and roast suckling pig). The elegant yet understated location is excellent, right in the center of Viterbo, and the service is also excellent. A huge thank you to the waiter LIMONI for his impeccable service. ❤️
