Welcoming environment and in the center of Viterbo. I ate the typical good quality pizza from Viterbo, too bad it was burnt underneath, so I couldn't appreciate the real flavour. A sore point is the service of the waitress, who was not very attentive...she made us sit down and then forgot to give us the menus we had to request. Furthermore, during the booking of the order she was distracted because in the meantime she was welcoming. Adequate price.

Among the medieval alleys of Viterbo, among numerous restaurants, we chose to eat in this place. And I have to say it was a great choice. The staff is very friendly, professional and well organised. The place is well furnished and is arranged over several rooms and this is why I think the choice of the name the labyrinth. The idea of ​​using puzzle-themed disposable placemats is nice, with some entertaining games while waiting for the dishes, although I must say that the service is very fast, despite the room being full. The pizza is well seasoned, thin and crunchy and easily digestible. The draft beer is of excellent choice. The desserts are excellent. Too bad that the wood oven is not visible. We will definitely be back to eat other dishes. Absolutely recommended.

Easter Monday experience with the family. Big time! My wife and I had already enjoyed this good restaurant a couple of times in the past (and before Borghese). I can confirm the excellent impression it made on me and everything was excellent on this occasion too. In all courses (and I'm telling you that we diversified the choices - there were 8 of us -) the quality of the products is top-notch; and the dishes are also well cooked (compliments to the Chef - Valentina-). We are in the beautiful historic center of Viterbo and therefore the location is also very nice - then eating outside in the little square, fabulous. The service was excellent as always (a special thanks to Desy who took care of our table with attention and diligence... and not just ours... Well done). Very fair account. Well done, well done, well done!

Locale curato e informale nel cuore di Viterbo a pochi passi dal duomo. Ho mangiato un’amatriciana da paura e un’ottima cheese cake. Personale giovane e molto gentile. Da tornarci per provare altri piatti.

Incuriositi dalla recente vittoria in un noto programma tv, decidiamo di prenotare... A mio avviso, rapporto qualità prezzo non adeguato...antipasto nella media, idem i primi..per il resto, servizio al di sotto della media: abbiamo chiesto un semplice cambio del tipo di pasta per il piccolo, risposta quasi seccata "Non si può fare..." mai successo e comunque si può rispondere con tono più educato...inoltre consiglio di prepare i camerieri su cosa si propone, perché ho chiesto semplicemente cos'era un tipo di secondo proposto fra "i piatti del giorno" e mi è stato risposto "non so cosa sia..NON SONO DELLA ZONA..." mah! Infine, tempi di attesa lunghissimi e mai un cenno di spiegazione del perché... anche i commensali vicini hanno fatto analoga considerazione (delusi!!) dei lunghi tempi di attesa e soprattutto della mancanza di spiegazioni... insomma, personalmente è stata una delusione...
