Il Labirinto In Viterbo

Delicious and plentiful dishes.

Very friendly staff. Eating outside you eat in a beautiful and characteristic square. Small selection of beer. Good pizza, appetizers, first and second courses.

Went to dinner with my better half in Viterbo. What can I say, fantastic location with a pleasant summer breeze that refreshed the evening, equally pleasant, courteous and attentive staff. Delicious food and attentive to the traditions of Viterbo and Sardinia. A special thanks goes to Andrea, Desy and Ida.

Walking around Viterbo we want to try this restaurant again because we were intrigued by having won 4 ristorati (by Alessandro Borghese). The owner makes us sit at the table and is still a friendly person and above all present which is not a given. The guys who work as waiters are also very friendly and polite. Speaking of the food, there was only one thing I was sorry about, the cold cuts were hot, in fact the ham (the fat) was completely melted. As for the roast suckling pig, very good and tender at first glance it seems dry but it is not at all. The hay with ragù is also really good. Only one thing I would change, you have to take the orders and not remember them by heart because every now and then you saw the waiters walking around with the plates in their hands because they no longer knew who they belonged to, I say this because it happened to me personally. However, it is a solvable thing. The place is worth it above all because it is located in a beautiful square.

Too bad the 2 pizzas at €18 to take away but not really up to scratch (even though the restaurant was recommended by our host)...

Great food and super generous portions… Four of us had dinner at Il Labirinto and we had a great time. The appetizers are really plentiful: two dishes were enough for all four of us! The pizza is delicious, well cooked and with quality ingredients. We spent 90 euros in total, including water and a liter of beer: a more than fair price for the quantity and quality. The staff is young, courteous and always smiling, which makes the atmosphere even more pleasant. Highly recommended for those looking for a welcoming place.

Per me è per la nostra famiglia IL LABIRINTO È CASA. Ci sentiamo sempre coccolati da Vale e dal suo meraviglioso Staff. Pizza super, cibo ottimo. Per me è veramente il posto del cuore che straconsiglio a tutti.

Locale curato e informale nel cuore di Viterbo a pochi passi dal duomo. Ho mangiato un’amatriciana da paura e un’ottima cheese cake. Personale giovane e molto gentile. Da tornarci per provare altri piatti.
