The owner, Valentina, welcomes you with kindness and warmth, and you immediately feel welcome. Valentina doesn't just present the menu; she explains it to you, and with it, the dishes she prepares, which speak of a time-honored culinary tradition, local flavors, and forgotten recipes that are once again at the forefront. The menu is limited, and in my opinion, this isn't a flaw; on the contrary, it's the quality of the ingredients, the authentic flavors, and the meticulous preparation that take center stage. The portions are just right, sized to allow you to explore multiple options. You certainly won't leave hungry; on the contrary, you'll enjoy the experience, the time, the company, and the exceptional dishes. Trying the pappa al pomodoro and panzanella, or the pici with leeks and sausage, is a must. The turkey ossobuco is a true delight, and the "Chianti tuna" is a true gem of traditional cuisine.
