Super!!! The lampredotto is exceptional! We even went back the next day and I tasted the tripe!! Superlative! I also purchased the cheese and bread, all from their territory! Crazy!! We'll be back! Greetings to the lady who is a real treasure!!! Well done!

Stopped here on the way by in October while traveling to San Gimignano for a quick lunch. The owner was very friendly and patient with me and my lack of Italian. Had the porchetta sandwich, which was very good. I would stop here again if in the area, as I would like to try more item from the menu as they all look good. Right next to a little market with many interesting things if you need to pick up some produce. Recommend stop!

Lieviti Pizza-beer-italian Food

21/05/2025: Really Nice restaurant. The pizza is the star of the show! 24-48h of fermentation of the dough makes for An airy, light crust. You Cant go wrong here! The salsiccia with the friarelli was really good! Definitely recommend it. We payed around 70€ for 2, incl 1 desert, 2 pizza's, 2 cocktails, 1 appetizer for 2, wine, water,... Servicelady could have been a little more engaging with the People. You'll have a good night going here!
17/05/2025: Unfortunately, only partially – the pizza wasn't to our taste, only mediocre – the restaurant has been nicely renovated. Prices are perfectly reasonable, hence 4 stars.

08/06/2025: Absolute must! Chef Boet Berendsen provides a real Fine Dining experience! The chef or his partner will personally come to your table to tell you in detail what is on your plate. They work with local products and suppliers. The view with sunset makes your evening complete.
26/05/2025: Best meal we had in Italy so far. It’s a hidden gem in Tuscany.
