After being there, I completely understand why it's so hard to get a table at the last minute: the quality is palpable, and word of mouth rightly spreads! The highlight is definitely the pizza, truly excellent, made with top-quality ingredients that are instantly recognizable. The fried foods are equally delicious, crispy and not at all greasy, and the bruschetta is very flavorful and well-seasoned. The only thing to consider is the atmosphere: we were there on a Friday night, and it was very lively and quite noisy. That's the only small flaw in an otherwise perfect evening; I can't imagine what it would be like on a Saturday night! In summary: If you're looking for high-quality pizza and excellent appetizers, this is the place, but be prepared for a very lively and noisy atmosphere. Highly recommended!

There was no WARM HEART in the CAKE!!!!

This was the best restaurant we ate at during our visit to Rome. The food was fresh and well prepared, and the pasta and bruschettas were delicious—full of different flavors and high quality at a great price. All of this is offered in a warm and welcoming environment. The restaurant is run by a family who truly put their heart and soul into it. I highly recommend it.

Amazing place! A truly traditional Italian restaurant. I was a bit skeptical at first — being a tourist, you never know if you’ll be treated the same as the locals — but here I genuinely felt welcomed. The staff were incredibly kind, offered great menu suggestions, and even provided an English menu for those who don’t speak Italian. The food was outstanding: full of flavor, clearly prepared with care, and a mix of classic dishes along with some unique ones I had never heard of before. You can really tell they know what they’re doing. One thing to note is that it’s better to book in advance because the place gets very busy. We hadn’t made a reservation, but they still made the effort to find us a table. Despite the crowd, the service remained attentive and warm. The prices were also very fair for the quality. We ended up eating here twice because it was, hands down, the best place we tried — both in service and in food. If we had more time in Rome, we would have definitely gone for a third visit. Highly recommend this restaurant!
