I had the pleasure of dining at Il Gusto del Tempo Restaurant, and it was a truly enjoyable experience. The staff is friendly, helpful, and highly knowledgeable, making guests feel at home. What can I say, a wonderful discovery! Excellent trattoria in Bologna. Generous portions and quality food. The prices are reasonable for the portions and the quantity. The tagliatelle with ragù and the penne alla Norcia were both excellent. The tagliata was amazing, both tender and perfectly cooked. Highly recommended!

Excellent food. Notice the tortellini Bolognese in the photo. It's a must-try dish. If you don't eat tortellini in Bologna, why would you go there? The second photo features prosciutto and melon.

13/09/2025: I had an aperitivo and tried the exceptional fried tortellini for the first time. The staff was very friendly, and the little square where the tables are set is very welcoming. It was a real pleasure. If you're passing through Bologna, try it; you won't regret it.
