You won with the Christmas atmosphere, well done! Family dinner, excellent carbonara, you can taste the guanciale and then comes the egg, paccheri anduja and guanciale excellent, saltimbocca alla romana really good! We wanted to eat Roman cuisine and we were not disappointed. For desserts: tiramisu, an explosion of flavors very balanced but the ladyfinger was what really kicked it up a notch, the Zuppa Inglese, again, well balanced especially with the alchermes, well done! Well trained staff, very friendly owner. Keep up the good work.

As soon as we arrived, we were immersed in the atmosphere of a typical family-run Roman trattoria, where hospitality and friendliness make the difference. The food, along with excellent, quality food, beautifully presented and recommended, is also excellent. We will definitely recommend it to friends passing through, as we did.

Last night, my boyfriend and I went to dinner at this delightful trattoria in Fiano Romano.
I'm from Monterotondo, he's from Cerveteri.
We had a wonderful time.
It's a very welcoming place, with attention to detail. The kind of place we love because it makes you feel at home.
Fabrizio, Daniela, Ismaele, and the entire staff are known for their kindness and their customer service.
The food is excellent.
Nothing is preserved or frozen.
Even the bread is homemade.
Daniela's desserts are delicious!
The tart with her homemade sour cherry jam. The zuppa inglese. The tiramisu with her homemade ladyfingers. The Sardinian desserts. The biscuits. And so much more.
We had an appetizer with prosciutto crudo, ricotta, and buffalo mozzarella, all very fresh.
The beef steak, lamb chops, and sausages: amazing!
Side dish of sautéed chicory and potatoes, mouth-watering.
Nepi water in a glass bottle, and that's not for everyone!
An excellent white wine.
Finally, Daniela's legendary zuppa inglese. Coffee and a coffee-killer: amaro and rum (accompanied by dark chocolate).
We had a wonderful time and can't wait to return to try all the other delicacies.

We felt like we were on vacation, so much so that we had such a great time!
There's just the right atmosphere, the warmth of the homely hearth, the authenticity of homemade food.

On Friday, November 14th, we applied the Latin saying "repetita iuvant": for the third time in a few months, and always coming from Romagna, three of us dined at this trattoria in Fiano.
We tried various dishes: oxtail stew (exceptional!), Roman-style tripe (excellent), a sublime risotto with cream of fresh scampi. The pizzas were also excellent.
The staff were attentive and attentive, the owner was very courteous, helpful, and friendly, and the food was excellent.
We highly recommend it.
As we said goodbye to the manager, we promised we'd be back (there's no third time without a fourth, fifth, etc.).
