                Attentive and helpful manager, very attentive to everything, cute and pleasant place, clean and thoughtful in the presentation of the dishes. The recommendations on what to eat were spot on. The dish of the day was paccheri with pecorino, crispy guanciale, and sea bass n'duja. A poem for the palate. Mozzarella, Mondragone ricotta, and Bassiano prosciutto, all of excellent quality. As a customer, I can tell you I'm extremely satisfied. They call themselves a "hosteria," but on a par with Michelin-starred restaurants, and the quality is highly sought after.                 My partner and I had lunch at this place, which turned out to be a true hidden gem. We stumbled upon it by chance and were pleasantly surprised by the charming and well-kept location, the kindness of the owner, and above all, the food: homemade bread, top-notch mozzarella, excellent pasta dishes, delicious calamari, and then a delicious homemade tiramisu to finish off the meal.                 The interior dining room is spacious, while the sidewalk corridor outside features tables next to the street. We ordered a cold cuts and cheese platter for two and the classic Roman first courses, namely gricia carbonara and matriciana, both very good. The dessert was also superb.                 Considerando che non è la prima volta che mangio in questo posto posso affermare con molta sicurezza che pochi posti riescono a conciliare qualità quantità e bontà!
La gestione familiare immensa, ti senti a casa già da come apri la porta!
Il cibo, anche se potrebbe essere soggettivo per me è ottimo, dagli antipasti ai dolci…..
Ho mangiato sia la pizza che i primi e i secondi, ogni volta una scoperta!
