I've read all the reviews and am amazed at what's been written about this place. Knowing fish means knowing how to appreciate freshness and flavor. As a Versilian raw fish enthusiast, I put this place first for the quality and deliciousness of the fresh fish, which demonstrates that the freshness of raw fish is the foundation of the restaurant. Knowing flavor also means drinking well, and this place stocks some big-name labels. So, I'll take the liberty of naming those reviews that have written poorly about this place because they should know the quality and freshness of the product.

Very nice and clean bar. Very fair prices. Both my girlfriend and I were very impressed with the way the waiter welcomed us. Very friendly and kind, and he also makes wonderful drinks. I recommend you try them!!

While strolling along the seafront, we stopped at this place for a drink. A Coke costs €4.50 and a freshly squeezed orange juice costs €5. It's true that it's located in Porto Santo Stefano, but it seemed expensive.

TOO EXPENSIVE!!!!!! For an appetizer, two of us split the mixed raw fish for *50* euros, which was definitely too expensive for the quantity. I understand the quality, which was obviously there, but I would have liked at least two pieces of raw fish per person. We continued with a seafood risotto, which honestly wasn't anything special, and then finished with seared tuna with caramelized onions, which was good but again, nothing exceptional. The restaurant itself isn't bad, but paying €105 (including two glasses of wine, one glass of water, and a cover charge) definitely seems excessive. It's a shame, because it would have been much more enjoyable with a slightly lower bill.

The fresh fish was very good. I really liked it and will definitely be back.

We stumbled upon this place by chance, drawn by the pleasant atmosphere. The quality of the raw seafood and the attention to detail in the ingredients are noteworthy. The dishes were exceptional; we had tuna tartare, battered pink shrimp, and two risottos; all accompanied by an excellent wine recommended by the staff (super helpful and knowledgeable). If you're in Porto Santo Stefano, you can't miss this place!
