Entering this restaurant after exploring Viterbo's historic center for lunch on August 15th was as comforting as arriving at a desert oasis. The extremely kind waiter led us to an elegant, softly lit room featuring creative table settings with attention to detail. The dishes we chose showcased quality ingredients and refined presentation. From the mixed appetizer to the dessert, everything was delicious and original. A seafood first course and a guinea fowl terrine were brought together with just the right amount of anticipation. The desserts were delicious: gelato in a pool of blueberries cooked in wine, and mint mousse in a chocolate shell. Excellent wine and beer. I hadn't seen coffee in a cup with a lid in a long time. The prices were reasonable for the food and the hospitality. My heartfelt congratulations for your hard work, done with care and passion.

It's a real pleasure to return after having often eaten there while I was in the military (Vam)!!! The owner, always kind, recommended typical and new dishes!!! Very good service, complete with everything to make you feel good!!! Very good appetizers, first courses and second courses!! Desserts deserve a good plus point!! Fair price for what we ate!!

Locale elegante in centro. Cucina tradizionale viterbese ben eseguita. Personale molto gentile. Prezzo adeguato al locale.

Arriviamo in 6 alle 2 del pomeriggio, reduci da una lunga gita in bicicletta. Chiediamo se possiamo mangiare un piatto di pasta al volo. Il proprietario ci accoglie con garbo e gentilezza, ci fa preparare un'ottima pasta, beviamo acqua a volontà, anche del vino, caffè, tutto in un'atmosfera piacevolissima e in un contesto ambientale accogliente, paghiamo anche con bancomat separati, il tutto a un prezzo inatteso (positivamente parlando). Un'ottima esperienza davvero. Grazie
