I had a wonderful time at Il Grottino in Todi! Anna and Ugo are fantastic hosts, and the atmosphere is truly welcoming! I can't wait to go back. An explosion of flavor! This sandwich is simply fantastic. The sausage is cooked to perfection, juicy and flavorful, paired with fresh ingredients that create a delicious balance. Every bite is a true pleasure. Bravo!

Siamo stati al Grottino di Todi il 26 aprile e posso dire che è uno street food davvero eccezionale! Il sistema è semplice: ci si mette in fila alla cassa, si ordina e si paga, poi si aspetta che il proprio ordine venga preparato. È normale che ci sia un po' da attendere (noi abbiamo aspettato circa 30 minuti per due torte al testo con salsiccia umbra), ma il personale è instancabile e lavora senza mai perdere tempo. Sono solo in tre, ma sono velocissimi, efficienti e anche gentilissimi, ed il tutto viene cucinato al momento. Peccato per la porchetta che era finita, ma poco male: quello che abbiamo mangiato era ugualmente buono . Consiglio di armarsi di pazienza: l'attesa è ripagata dalla qualità del cibo. E se la porchetta finisce, scegliete altro: non ve ne pentirete!
