Il Grottino In Bologna

Locale soddisfacente. La pizza è magica, ottima direi, impasto di lievito madre e digeribilissima!! Sembra un biscotto...da Provare per credere. Ottima anche come qualità/prezzo.

Good morning everyone, I highly recommend this pizzeria. I always go to eat pizza at the Grottino and have tasted the pizza of both the senior pizza chef (father) and the son's which are both good but I personally like the boy's more, I recommend you try it.

I saw that it still exists, and it makes me want to go back, alone, once, to see if anything has changed. I went there several times, more than 20 years ago. I liked it. The cuisine was simple, good, economical. The essential environment. The efficient service. I really enjoyed going there. Then, one evening, something happened that I have never been able to explain: it led me to never return. I arrive, I sit down, and they leave me there, for exactly 30 minutes, like this, without explanations: the others arrive, order, eat and leave. They won't even let me order. I say "sorry, I would like to order", to the waiter, several times, "just a moment", he keeps repeating. At a certain point I get up, get dressed and leave "Excuse me sir, sir? Excuse me sir?", I hear someone say behind me. But I don't turn around, I don't answer and I go out, and I never came back. I ended up eating junk food at Bologna central station, since I had to take the last regional train to Imola.
