Fantastic place. Family-run. The food is excellent and the drinks are even better. The owner is always available for a chat. I recommend this place to families, couples, and singles.

A unique restaurant, the key word is hospitality. The owner, "Franco," often came to the table to chat, making us feel more like we were at a friend's house than at a restaurant. The dishes I personally ordered were good, and the service was fun and managed by a very friendly and welcoming Cuban woman, ready to chat.

We arrived by bike on a Sunday lunchtime. The "fresh mushrooms" sign caught our attention, and we were right on target. Everything was good, as was the service and hospitality. 👏🏼

A restaurant that reflects Tuscan culture, local culture, and the authenticity of the Tuscans. The food is excellent, from the polenta with porcini mushrooms to the tortelli and fried porcini mushrooms, and the dessert.

30/01/2026: I'm happy here, the atmosphere is relaxed, the food could be improved but it's good.
28/11/2025: The typical restaurant you wouldn't believe from the outside. The service was provided by Mr. Gigi himself, who was extremely kind. The dishes... simple but delicious. For appetizers, we ordered 1 stewed black cabbage and 1 portion of sautéed porcini mushrooms... we ordered seconds because they were so good. Tagliolini with truffle (so good and soft they melted in your mouth) and 1 peposo all'imprunetina (wine and pepper) with polenta. A glass of house red wine (for a house wine, very good, but we're in Tuscany and I think that's normal). I came here for work, but if I were to return to the area, I think I'd definitely go back!

06/01/2026: The family-run management makes this restaurant a pleasant and welcoming experience. My ricotta and spinach tortelli with butter and sage were delicious, truly fantastic! The mushroom polenta was also excellent, as were the pan-fried vegetables and baked potatoes! I was here with dear friends and I want to return as soon as possible to try other delicacies! I also recommend the desserts; the zuppa inglese and tiramisu were excellent! My compliments again to all the staff, who were quick and professional! Thank you 🥰
02/11/2025: Tortelli with ragù sauce that melts in your mouth! A quiet and quaint spot after Cutigliano, heading up towards Doganaccia.
