Dinner with friends, we didn't eat much, 30 sbleuri, regardless of the quality of the meat, even if it had been top of the top we wouldn't have paid so much, I was there last night and right now it's 9:42 in the morning and it's the second time I've gone to the bathroom.

A perfect dinner! Lots of tastings, everything excellent! The care for the food and the customer are top priority! The local area plays its part and they bring out the best in it. We always stop by when we're in the area... Highly recommended!! 🔝

Unfortunately, it's not very clear how the service and ordering work (there are two QR codes, one with the menu and the option to add your order to your cart, but then a waiter comes by (the minute I sit down) and asks me for my order). The appetizers were very tasty, and unfortunately, the tripe was salty. The meat was good, but even then, we wanted to be able to choose the lamb, which was on the digital menu but wasn't available. The price, overall, is very reasonable.

16/11/2025: We found this grill restaurant by chance and we were lucky... everything was good....
12/10/2025: We went to Braceria Fuoco Matto for lunch this Sunday and it was a truly wonderful experience. The cuisine was authentic, tasty, and homemade, with an unmistakable flavor. The grilled meat was truly exquisite. The service was impeccable and they immediately responded to our every need. An experience we'll definitely repeat, especially considering the excellent value for money. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!

Ristorante Braceria Local Carni

04/01/2026: We stopped by chance because we found it on the way and we were more than satisfied. The staff was kind and helpful. The lunch was complete with a unique delicacy, from appetizers to dessert. The lamb was truly cooked to perfection, and the bombette were delicious. The first courses were truly exceptional, as were the appetizers. The atmosphere was beautiful, characteristic, warm, and welcoming. I highly recommend it, compliments to all the staff.
28/12/2025: We found this place by chance, just steps from the historic center. We opted for the €30 daily menu (drinks not included) and had a wonderful time. The appetizers were generous and all excellent: grilled vegetables, local cured meats and cheeses, fava beans and chicory, farro, friselline with tomato sauce, tripe (very good), and fried meatballs (perfect). For our first course, we opted for pasta with sausage and mushrooms, and I must say it was delicious. For our second course, we had the mixed grill, absolutely delicious! The meat is top-quality. To finish, we had a homemade tart with jam. For that price, we ate a lot and it was delicious! I will definitely be back and highly recommend it to anyone!
