I've been frequenting this restaurant for years, and while searching online, I came across some negative reviews that really surprised me. Personally, I've never found a place with more polite and helpful staff. I have several food allergies and am often overlooked or left without options in restaurants, but here I'm always treated with care and attention. The food is high-quality, always fresh, and constantly evolving. I highly recommend this place: for me, it's the best, beyond compare!

Ho festeggiato il mio compleanno al Grande Buco Quadrato e non avrei potuto desiderare di meglio! L’atmosfera è stata subito accogliente e originale, con un tocco creativo che rende questo posto davvero unico. Dania è stata gentilissima, sempre sorridente e attenta a ogni dettaglio — mi ha fatta sentire speciale per tutta la serata. Il cibo? Semplicemente delizioso. Ogni piatto era curato e pieno di sapore, con opzioni anche particolari e sorprendenti. I miei amici sono rimasti tutti entusiasti, e molti mi hanno detto che vogliono tornarci presto! Un grazie speciale allo staff che ha contribuito a rendere il mio compleanno così perfetto. Se cercate un locale originale dove sentirvi a casa e vivere un’esperienza diversa dal solito… questo è il posto giusto!

If I could give 10 stars out of 5 I would without thinking about it! I've been to the Big Square Hole and I can say it was a fantastic experience. The chef, with rare care and kindness, prepared caciocavallo sticks especially for me which were simply spectacular: tasty, fresh, one led to another! A special thanks also to Dania, the waitress, truly ultra kind and friendly, capable of making you feel at home from the first moment. What can I say… top food, genuine people and perfect atmosphere. I will definitely be back!"

We stayed at "Il Grande Buco Quadrato" in Bitonto and fell in love with it from the first moment! The place is super welcoming, furnished with lots of taste and attention to detail: the atmosphere makes you immediately feel at home. The staff are lovely: attentive, quick and never intrusive. Pizza? Very light, tasty, one of the best we've eaten lately! And I cannot fail to mention the fruit tart: simply spectacular, fragrant and delicious. A place where you can breathe passion in every gesture. We can't wait to go back! Highly recommended 😉

I was there one evening, the place is welcoming, I give it 3 stars only because the fried food was a little rubbery and the price of the first courses was a little high in my opinion (15 euros) and also the desserts were around 6 euros, total bill 65 for two first courses, 1 portion of fried food and two desserts... The first courses that were on the menu were not there
