It was delicious, affordable and service was good. View is incredible. Honestly don’t understand why such bad reviews. May be they changed their chef newly. But gnocchi was good, salad too. Ok not a Michelin star but also the prices are fair. actually think that the Gnocchi was even home made because they were in different sizes and shapes. So al in one, would eat there again and enjoy the view.

Our first time in Amalfi. We arrived at the Gran Caffé looking for something to eat. We were served very well, suggested two dishes that we were very satisfied with, and the final treat was the "Delizia al limone" dessert, which was exquisite. 💯% recommended.

We arrived around 21h on a Saturday, and the restaurant was quite busy still. But after one hour, our food still wasn't there, and apparently it got lost amidst the chaos. We received it shortly after notifying them. Food was ok, I had the prosciutto e funghi pizza. The view is amazing even at night and atmosphere is great.

You are paying for the beautiful view. The pizza is average and the coffee after was surely instant and not from a machine. You are getting the one-time costumer treatment.
I don't understand why he got such a low score. Compared to many places where I tried pasta, it was balanced and quite delicious. The service was fast. The waiters were attentive and polite. and the prices were also very reasonable.

The service was imprecise, and they should focus more on the customers. The view is phenomenal!
We came here twice, the first time for drinks and the second time for breakfast. The prices are very good and the food is good. Perhaps it gets a bad rating because the waiters take their time and aren't rushed, which tourists don't like. It's obviously a family business. The view is incredible, especially at sunset. I probably wouldn't recommend going in if it's very crowded because it can be a bit long.

We've visited this place twice, and the food is truly delicious. At first, we didn't understand why it had negative reviews, but our experience was very good. The place is totally worth it: the service is friendly, the servers are very kind, and the breakfast is excellent.
