Service: The service at Il Grammofono is fantastic! The service here should be found in every restaurant. We received a very friendly welcome and were shown to our table. The menus were explained, and recommendations for the food, course selection, and wine were given. New cutlery was served with each course, and the service was always cheerful and extremely attentive. We had a dog with us, and we were given a seat in the corner so our dog could have some peace and quiet and not bother anyone. A bowl of water was also immediately brought to our dog. Since we both have experience in the hospitality industry, we were very pleased with the excellent service. Food: We spent a week in and around Lucca. We always ate out for lunch and dinner. We enjoyed the food at Il Grammofono the most! We were immediately captivated by the modern fusion cuisine. The portion sizes were just right, the flavors came through perfectly, and each course was a sensational culinary experience. There was only a small selection for each course, but it was absolutely delicious and highly recommended. The bread, by the way, is freshly homemade. Ambience: The ambience is very sophisticated. The restaurant has an elegant and sophisticated feel, and you can see in every corner that it has been decorated with love. You immediately sense that Il Grammofono is a labor of love. While you dine and linger, you are accompanied by appropriate jazz music in the background, which was a bit too loud for me personally. But that was perhaps because we were sitting near the speakers, and the music could certainly have been turned down a bit upon request. All in all, a visit to Il Grammofono, despite the high price range, is absolutely recommended (for example, at the end of the holiday season)! Tip for tourists: Il Grammofono does not offer typical Italian cuisine.

Very good restaurant where everything is made on-site, with a large selection of wines, albeit quite expensive. Delicious meal, and the bill reflects this.

Salve, It’s hard to find an average restaurant in Italy (not talking about tourist traps). Food is a serious issue around here. All places seem to serve well prepared meals that make most of us happy at the end of the day. Il Grammofono was different. Very cozy and relaxed atmosphere, we were received by the owner Constantino on a Monday night! The menu is intriguing and rich, the appetizers differed from the basic Italian script, and the food was just unique. A great and fortunate combination of flavors that inspired a dispute among us to defend our menu choices as if we were fighting for glory. Delicious. It’s international long standing chef’s experience leading the way and taking flavors to a higher level. Our sincere gratitude, and hopefully we can come back again soon! Different menu every month. Fusion cuisine but not too much, there is always a European touch. The waiter was kind and open to suggestions. We took the orange wine, it was explained to us in detail why it is made like this. The two of us spent 120, more for the wine, the rest of the prices are average. Advise :)

We have already come to the gramophone a few times and each time it is as if it were the first. Thanks to the menu that changes every month but there is always something new to discover. The atmosphere in the room is sublime, always accompanied by excellent music and the cuisine always leaves us speechless. I highly recommend the restaurant for anyone who wants to enjoy a relaxing evening within the walls of Lucca.

"Il Gramofono" has always been a real treat. With dishes artfully created by the expert hands of Chef Clara you can treat yourself to a journey of flavors and aromas that you will hardly forget. For the choice of wine I recommend relying on the preparation of Costantino who, as a good host and qualified Sommelier, has always accompanied my dishes with excellent bottles. The menu changes every month and every month you can't help but come back.

Il Gramofone es mi restaurante favorito en Lucca. Es una joya de propiedad familiar, dirigida por una pareja joven: él administra el restaurante, ¡y ella hace su magia como chef! El menú es pequeño y cuidadosamente cuidado, con 3-4 platos en cada categoría: entrantes, primeros platos y platos principales. Cada artículo es absolutamente delicioso. Si vas de visita con un grupo de cuatro personas, te recomiendo pedir diferentes platos y compartir, te sorprenderá lo excepcional que cada uno sabe. Asegúrese de pedir una recomendación de vino, también. Sus maridajes son puntuales y elevan la experiencia gastronómica aún más. Después de solo una visita, probablemente te encuentres con ganas de regresar. ¡Decir que es “muy recomendable” no le hace justicia!

Per festeggiare san valentino ( seppur in ritardo) siamo andati in questo ristorante consigliato da un collega di lavoro. Il locale è intimo adatto a cene di coppia, i piatti che abbiamo provato erano molto deliziosi con accostamenti azzardati ma ben riusciti. Ottimo il baccalà, buoni i primi e gustosi i secondi ( costine di maiale e guancia di manzo ) con contaminazioni orientali. Carta dei vini buona con particolare attenzione al territorio. Servizio attento e puntuale. Prezzo in linea con gli altri ristoranti di buon livello della zona. Torneremo sicuramente
