After searching online for a place to dine that felt as authentic as possible, serving traditional cuisine, we chose this one. And our expectations were more than confirmed! Mr. Paolo's welcome was impeccable and always attentive, without ever being intrusive. His wife's cooking is more memorable than a souvenir. You'll see why from the photos! Highly recommended, but go on an empty stomach!

If you want to taste the true flavors of Marsala, Girasole is a must 🔝. Paolo's kindness and friendliness and Mrs. Giacoma's cuisine make the experience unique. A trattoria like those of the past…. The pasta with sardines was a delight for all the senses. Thank you for the experience and I hope to return soon.

Gran comida y ambiente! Me siento como en casa y mamá está cocinando para mí. Deliciosa comida. . ¡La pasta al matarocco es para morir! Tan ligero pero muy sabroso y lleno. Sin duda volvería!

13/08/2025: When reality surpasses fantasy! Excellent dinner in a dream location surrounded by a dreamlike panorama. A 360° sensory experience, one of the fondest memories of our holiday, thanks also to the kindness and advice (demi-sec Marsala with dessert!!!) of the woman who looked after our table. Thank you.
13/08/2025: A very picturesque location, on the edge of the salt flats, with a unique sunset. We booked online, with a package that included drinks accompanied by crostini made with local products. Unfortunately, we waited over an hour for them to be brought to us (repeatedly asking all the waiters). Nonetheless, the place is highly recommended for a sunset experience in the salt flats.

18/07/2025: Wow, they didn't want us in there. We came during a holiday after having no other options nearby. The service was a little lacking, the food average.
17/07/2025: A very rustic place, with a gazebo outside that's lovely in the summer. The pizza was delicious. The only downside was the long wait, but the waiters were very kind and helpful.
