14/08/2025: My goal in this review is to provide honest feedback that can give the restaurant owner the opportunity to grow and improve. I ate well, but I don't know if I'll return. There were a couple of small details that, if addressed, would make the experience truly impeccable. I enjoyed the first courses, which were truly exceptional. The fish first course, the quality of the ingredients, and the balance of flavors were perfect. The tuna was also excellent, prepared to perfection. Unfortunately, there was a problem with an appetizer that I had to have replaced. It should be noted that the dish was promptly changed. Another small hiccup occurred with the spirits at the end of the meal, which were served hot and for which we were advised to add ice (!!!). I reported both issues immediately (noting the restaurant owner's genuine disappointment), not to get a discount (the €10 fee wouldn't have changed anything) but because I believe that offering a small touch, such as complimentary spirits, in these cases would have been a gesture that would encourage the customer to return. It's these small touches that make the difference and demonstrate how important the customer is. In short, the cuisine is top-notch, but greater attention to detail and the management of these small unexpected events can make all the difference. Thank you for your attention.
