When we are in Scheggino we go there often.
The pasta is homemade.
The gnocchi remind me of the ones my mother used to make, delicious.
The meat is excellent, not to mention the trout, the side dishes and the desserts.

Trovato x puro caso durante un'escursione nelle vicinanze di Assisi ..Scheggino piccolo paesino intorno al fiume Nera...un bellissimo ristorante con stupendo giardino.
Il proprietario cortese gentile disponibile e molto simpatico.
Mangiato piatti abbondanti di prima qualità con materie fresche...e anche il conto è stato più che giusto..
Merita veramente...da provare almeno una volta nella vita.

Lunch based on truffles, special Strangozzi alla Schegginese, very fast service, finally a restaurant in the area where you don't have to leave the table at 4pm, friendly and smiling staff and a beautiful location... we'll be back!

Trip out of town... And a little break to refresh yourself from the heat of these days. Very nice location surrounded by greenery in the shade of the poplars and among the waters of the black river. The aperitif was good and the staff were extremely friendly. We will definitely be back. Try it to believe it 😉!!!

Abbiamo pranzato in questo ristorante una domenica di luglio dopo una mattinata passata a Spoleto. Il giardino esterno è delizioso, tranquillo e molto arioso. I piatti proposti sono semplici ma cucinati in maniera impeccabile. Fantastico il tagliere misto, molto abbondante e vario. Fantastici gli arrosticini (i miei figli li nominano sempre) e la Cheesecake. I proprietari Alessio e Silvia sono persone meravigliose, gentilissime e molto disponibili.
