Upon our arrival in the village, we stopped here for an aperitif lunch. The cold cuts and fresh porcini mushrooms were truly delicious. A good selection of wines and knowledgeable staff were also available.

Unfortunately, we didn't have the chance to stop for lunch. We were passing through and, having not organized ourselves, needed to get something to eat for our daughter. So we stopped and asked for a pasta with tomato sauce to go. Besides being delicious (so I assume the rest of the food is too, a great reason to return), the owner kindly offered it to us.
A totally unexpected but noteworthy gesture.
Congratulations for the big heart (a rare thing these days) and also for the excellent pasta that the little girl devoured.

You have my full sympathy as a former VAT holder, and I hope you can reopen, not only for my own pleasure, but for many others.
The default location alone would deserve 5 stars, but then add the courteous and discreet service and, above all, the cleanliness of the premises, and the 5 stars are confirmed.

I can say, the staff are friendly and the food is excellent.
What else can I say except that I'm very sorry to see it temporarily closed, because, knowing the Italian tax rate, I fear it won't be a short-term closure. I look forward to it.
