Best restaurant in San Severo in my opinion

I dined at this restaurant two nights in a row during my stay in the city for work. Il Giardino Dei Sapori is a welcoming, elegant, yet informal restaurant. I felt at home thanks to the kindness and professionalism of the staff, who always responded to my special requests with great cordiality. Excellent ingredients, tasty traditional dishes, and a light, delicious pizza. A perfect place for a family dinner or a romantic dinner.

An evening with wonderful friends in a very welcoming location. Pizza chef Michele delighted us with delicious pizzas made with a soft and unique dough. We enjoyed some delicious appetizers, and to finish, they were irresistible, especially the tiramisu.

The first evening, the appetizer, first course, and dessert were typical of the area, all delicious. The second evening, the pizza, made with ancient flours and a long leavening process, was incredibly light. Other high-quality, organic ingredients were also used. The courtesy and kindness of everyone made my experience complete.

I went with 4 friends, everything was good and kind. I recommend the delicious pizza.

My hostess recommended eating here. It was more than worth it. A lovely restaurant where the chef still cooks himself. The food is simple, but absolutely delicious. Attentive service. Beautifully decorated. Very reasonable prices. For a hiker on the Via Francigenna Sud, it's just the right place to end the day.

This is our second year in San Severo for work, and it's our second year dining in this little corner of paradise. The staff is very welcoming, and the food is comforting! Delicious, carefully prepared dishes that envelop you in a family-like warmth. Highly recommended. We'll definitely be back, as it's a treat for the palate and the soul. And let's not even talk about the pizzas...true gems to discover and savor with immense pleasure!!!

We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance and were delighted with the hospitality and the excellent quality of the food.
