I happened to pass by downtown Sorrento in early March. The atmosphere isn't bad, with decent service, but unfortunately the food, especially the fried calamari and shrimp, isn't great.

Absolutely amazing experience at this wonderful family run restaurant! My friend and I actually wanted to go to Pienollo (opposite) for the filled bread with melanzane but it was closed 😕Luckily a very kind gentleman outside managed to get the chef at this restaurant to make the same meal for us and it was so delicious!!! We loved the funny and friendly service and we felt so special!! It was a really cosy place and I would definitely return- highly recommend this place for its authentic Italian taste😋

Authentic, non-touristified, Italian family restaurant. A true hole in the wall and one of our favorite places to eat in Sorrento, both in 2018 and 2025. If you’re expecting a modern atmosphere and service then it may not be for you, but the food (particularly the calzone and bolognese we got) is some of the best we’ve ever had. Will certainly be going back if we’re ever in Sorrento again, might even go back this trip

The food is super fresh and delicious, the service is very friendly, we go every time we are in Sorrento, it's like eating at a grandmother's house ❤️
