Very happy to have found a gluten-free option in a beautiful setting facing the sea.
The menu at Mare was good for a good price. The portions are generous and tasty. The pizzas can only be ordered in the evening.
For 4 people, it cost €118, including a small bottle of rosé.
The only thing the server wasn't very patient with...
It's still a restaurant for tourists, and that explains things well...
The pasta is homemade, and once again, it's great to have a gluten-free option.

Tasty and plentiful food!
We ate at Ghiottone and were truly impressed. We ordered pasta with sausage, a slice of beef, and a very fresh Caprese salad: everything was delicious! The portions were generous, the price was truly reasonable, and the quality of the dishes was excellent.
Furthermore, the service was impeccable: fast, friendly, and very attentive. A simple place where you eat really well.
Highly recommended if you're in Otranto and looking for quality home cooking at a fair price!

The quality of the orecheni or whatever is so-so, bad, the pizza is the same, very salty dough... the service was very good.
The bathroom was pathetic... I expected much more after the recommendation...

Unfortunately I have to say that the whole family found it disappointing. As grateful as I am to be able to get gluten-free pasta, the whole dish was quite tasteless. The others also found their food tasteless. It was fresh and nicely served but not something I would return for. Simply disappointing.

Buona la qualità e la freschezza delle materie prime, davvero nulla da eccepire ma gli ingredienti delle sagne 'ncannulate ai frutti di mare, litigavano tra loro. Mancava l'armonia, la gioia di stare insieme a causa del sughetto di pomodoro acerbo che predominava di gran lunga, rovinando tutto. Peccato! Ma il pomodoro va messo per forza anche quando si ha a portata di mano del pesce così fantastico?
Ottime le triglie arrosto, ma qui è un'altra storia, lo chef ha fatto poco per fortuna, solo un pò di sale e olio.

Ho mangiato delle sagne 'ncannulate allo scoglio senza glutine fatte in casa: davvero buonissime! Il posto è molto carino e lo staff è gentile e disponibile. Ci tornerei volentieri!
