Il Gelato di Giòbu In Novara

A pleasant first experience at this gelateria in Piazza Cavour. We ordered two medium cups with two flavors for €6.60 (€3.30 each). The passion fruit flavor is highly recommended, as are the mandarin and coconut flavors. The staff is friendly, and the service is quick and attentive. They also make granitas, cones, and freshly filled cannoli (their specialty). The fruit flavors are very good and varied, in fact, the selection goes well beyond the usual creams and flavors based solely on chocolate and milk. Definitely worth a try!!! Satisfying quantities.

Tried Lemon and Dragon Fruit ice cream and they were good, also large selection of flavors + staff is kinda nice

Cannoli very good. It seems to be in Sicily. Compliments. We will return to try the ice cream.

If you pass through Novara you absolutely cannot miss this experience.. GiÒBU ice cream is hands down the best ice cream shop in Novara! There is passion, research of ingredients and style in everything they create.. the pistachio cream is one of my favorite flavors, and if you want, they also put fresh ricotta on top of your ice cream.. I LOVE IT! They also make fresh cannoli.. so much stuff!

As written in many reviews, the pistachio granita is really special and worth it!! The almond one is good but has a very delicate taste, almost imperceptible compared to the pistachio. The ice creams were good but there are many better ones although I really appreciated the Nutella😀

The best ice cream you can find in Novara, in addition to cannoli and yogurt. Gio always smiling, kind and professional✨❤️
