If you pass through Novara you absolutely cannot miss this experience.. GiÒBU ice cream is hands down the best ice cream shop in Novara! There is passion, research of ingredients and style in everything they create.. the pistachio cream is one of my favorite flavors, and if you want, they also put fresh ricotta on top of your ice cream.. I LOVE IT! They also make fresh cannoli.. so much stuff!

As written in many reviews, the pistachio granita is really special and worth it!! The almond one is good but has a very delicate taste, almost imperceptible compared to the pistachio. The ice creams were good but there are many better ones although I really appreciated the Nutella😀

Best gelato I’ve EVER had. The Nutella flavor, pistachio and Cannolo Siciliano are out of this world. Will definitely come back just for them 💕 also the owner is very generous and nice. 😊

Real Italian ice cream 🍧 Very large selection of flavors. I recommend trying the pesto di pistachio taste. Also available in yogurt with various additives in the form of jam or chocolate.

22/07/2025: What a hidden gem! Very popular, so a booking would be advised. I was new to this town and just took a stroll and came along this lovely restaurant at 19h30. They kindly managed to squeeze me in. By 20h30 it was full. Everything is made to perfection. The best fillet steak I have ever had, no sauce needed. The vegetables and salad were so colourful and fresh. Service was friendly. It just had such an amazing atmosphere. Prices were good. Starter, drink, fillet steak, potatoes, roasted veg, salad and dessert at €55.
12/06/2025: A super cozy, well-kept place with tasteful decor. The food is divine, the pasta is incomparable. Excellent service! We've already made plans to return.
