Claudio dares. There is not much to add to describe the quality and refinement of his ice cream, but I will anyway. The greatest note of merit goes to the temperature: "gelato" at Claudio Torcè does not mean "frozen". The final product does not anesthetize the palate and then reach the stomach and cool it, but rather, depending on the flavor, it has a pleasant refreshing effect. In short, praise to those who still know how to make ice cream well: praise because the attention to the customer is there but it is not heavy or invasive. Praise above all because the guys are prepared for what they are going to serve to the customer: because catering is also this, understanding and capturing the essence of good food.

Superior quality ice cream, not surprisingly among the few to receive three cones from Gambero Rosso. Good and delicate taste, prepared with natural ingredients, lactose-free and with fructose instead of sugar, low glycemic load, light and digestible. The only flaw is the line that forms outside the shop in the summer.
