We had some good gelato. The flavors we chose were pistachio and hazelnut, which unfortunately were a bit heavy on the palate. The black sesame and ginger and cinnamon flavors were excellent.

I visited this award-winning and acclaimed gelato shop a few weeks ago with my son. I'm Sardinian, so before I can pass judgment, I have to try it firsthand, and the accolades, including the top "three cones from Gambero Rosso," don't influence my palate in the slightest. I had the Foresta Nera (chocolate with black cherries) and zabaglione, and the flavor is convincing. This gelato is a hit and miss from the first bite. A clean, lingering flavor, a natural creaminess, and a delightful texture, not weighed down by unnecessary fat. The waffle is fragrant and crunchy. Compared to other gelato shops with the same accolade, I found a wider variety of flavors and a well-organized menu that makes choosing quick and easy. I personally don't appreciate the use of scoops to serve gelato, but given the quality of the product, that won't keep me from returning soon. A well-deserved 10/10, thank you so much!

Amazing gelato! The best I've had in years. So many flavors, all delicious. The lactose-free and gluten-free wafers are extremely easy to digest. The price is fair, and the staff is really friendly. Highly recommended.

Tried it today with my girlfriend. Phenomenal service, friendly and helpful staff, and fantastic strudel ice cream (highly recommend). 5 well-deserved stars!

Excellent gelato, with a wide selection of flavors, including unique ones like "rice" or "pear and gorgonzola." The ingredients are high-quality and you can taste the artisanal craftsmanship, from the wafer to the cream. The price is overall reasonable for the quality. The only flaw I feel keeps me from giving it five stars is that the gelato is served too cold, which affects the taste because the flavors aren't brought out properly and it's a bit off-putting. I'm not an gelato expert, so I can't say whether it's right or wrong to serve it that cold, or whether there are technical or storage reasons. I can only offer my personal experience. I'll try the gelato in the summer as well, as I've only tried it in the winter/spring so far, and maybe that has an impact. Kudos to Torcè. Update November 2025: After trying the gelato in the summer, I can confirm that the experience was completely different, and the gelato was perfectly cold. Both the gelato and the cream were excellent. I'm adding one star because I really enjoyed it.
