A delicate place, where each product is carefully created by people who love their work. A reference in Bologna for pastry, ice cream and coffee for almost 30 years!

In Bologna there are many high quality ice cream shops, such as Gelatauro, where you can also have a good dessert or buy artisanal chocolate bars. A flavor to recommend is the Regno delle due Sicilie cream. The chocolate sorbet is excellent due to the selection of cocoa. A particular flavor, for example, is the goat's milk ice cream with cherries. The environment is also traditional and you can take a cup of ice cream inside.

It is now several days later, and I cannot stop thinking about the affogato we had here. I often get affogatos wherever I go, because sometimes you need a pick-me-up mixture of caffeine and sugar, that is also cold on a hot day… but I think this one might actually have bumped its way into being my favourite. I think they mentioned something about it being hazelnut ice cream, I must remember that trick for when I go home. Thank you so much!

Beautiful gelato, the gentleman who served us was lovely and accommodating. I had the pistachio, pumpkin and cinamon and a scoop of pineapple and mint sorbet all were divine and cost €4.50 roughly so very reasonable price

12/07/2025: Jari's catering made our wedding at La Gaiana, last June 14th, an unforgettable event. Stefania was an impeccable guide and an extraordinary coordinator, taking care of every detail with professionalism and passion. The reception was fantastic, appreciated by all the guests. Even today, every time we meet with friends and family, we receive countless compliments on the quality and elegance of the service. Thank you again, Stefania, for being with us from the very beginning.
11/07/2025: We got married on June 22, 2025, at Gaiana with Jari's catering. We immediately trusted Stefania and her invaluable advice. The organization was impeccable, from the aperitif to the desserts; everything was planned down to the smallest detail, always attentive to the bride and groom's wishes. 08/06/2025: In the heart of Persicetano you will find this place to have good aperitifs and spend a nice evening. We had a classic spritz aperitif, with their platter to accompany it. Average quality and fair prices. Very kind staff. If we return to the area, we will definitely return to visit them.
