Il Gatto e la Volpe In Pergola

Siamo stati al nuovo locale a Fossombrone per un compleanno. Le pizze sono diverse dal solito per quanto riguarda l’impasto molto soffice per le cicliste ma ottimo anche per i soliti condimenti con base rossa ad esempio. È stata una bella esperienza ma non tornerei perché preferisco altri impasti. Servizio ottimo, tutti gentilissimi e location molto moderna e luminosa.

Very friendly and attentive staff, when the pizza is very good you always have to wait a bit. Wine list attentive to the territory but also to the excellences from beyond the Alps. A place with 5 champagnes on the menu is a lot. The place is a bit noisy but good prices and happy friends so I will happily return.

Met the place during a tasting dinner. Wide choice of gourmet pizzas with truly imaginative combinations of dough and ingredients. Fantasy but also concreteness.

Excellent service, friendly and helpful waiters... but as far as the cuisine is concerned I was disappointed... good beef tartare but nothing special... next to half a kg of parmesan which honestly had little to do with it... they would have been better than the parmesan flakes...my father-in-law's amatriciana pizza...very greasy! We didn't like it! Furthermore, during the night I felt sick to my stomach. My partner took a cut and said it was good, then first delicate gnocchi with tomato... they weren't bad, but nothing exceptional either, I'm sorry because I had heard positive opinions. I'm sorry but I won't be back

We expected much more, the location was very beautiful, but extremely noisy, so much so that we couldn't hear ourselves among the diners, the service was good and fast, the food and the pizzas were nothing as exceptional as they make it out to be, especially the pizza.
