Prima volta in questa pizzeria, famosa per aver vinto molti premi. Il locale è curato ed elegante ma senza essere eccessivo. Ordinate una pizza Varnelli ed una al crudo. Pizza stratosferica, impasto soffice, morbido e leggero come una nuvola. La pizza Varnelli aveva una farcitura sublime: pancetta tagliata al coltello, radicchio e una spruzzata di Varnelli (liquore a base di Anice) a cottura ultimata. Finora la migliore pizza che abbia mai mangiato. Servizio ok e prezzi nella norma. Super consigliata.

I spent a wonderful evening in this place. We ate 2 first courses and a pizza to follow. I ate some gnocchetti of unique goodness. The pizza is very renowned and equally good, what can I say if you are passing by and it is a must to dine in this place. The waitress in the dining room is not only very polite but also very professional in recommending and pairing with certain dishes. Congratulations guys

I have tasted many pizzas in various locations around work, but I can guarantee that the pizza in this place is very particular and one of the best. Furthermore, the restaurant is refined and modern and let's not talk about the owner and the waitress who are extremely kind and welcoming. Recommended for everyone and pizza lovers.

Siamo stati al nuovo locale a Fossombrone per un compleanno. Le pizze sono diverse dal solito per quanto riguarda l’impasto molto soffice per le cicliste ma ottimo anche per i soliti condimenti con base rossa ad esempio. È stata una bella esperienza ma non tornerei perché preferisco altri impasti. Servizio ottimo, tutti gentilissimi e location molto moderna e luminosa.
