Our dear friends took us to this lovely pizzeria, with a very friendly atmosphere and delicious pizzas.
The pizza I ordered, highly recommended by friends and even by the owner, was truly delicious—she explains well that it rightfully won an award; I'm happy I was able to try it.
Even my husband, who is very skeptical of "thick" pizza, being Roman, really appreciated the crispiness, fragrance, and lightness of the dough.
Highly recommended, especially for those who think pizza is heavy—it will change their mind.

We had pizza, but the restaurant also offers a good selection of dishes, a well-stocked wine cellar, new spaces, and a very attractive presentation. It's a clear improvement over the previous restaurant. The pizza was very good, and we'll definitely be back.

Prima volta in questa pizzeria, famosa per aver vinto molti premi. Il locale è curato ed elegante ma senza essere eccessivo. Ordinate una pizza Varnelli ed una al crudo. Pizza stratosferica, impasto soffice, morbido e leggero come una nuvola. La pizza Varnelli aveva una farcitura sublime: pancetta tagliata al coltello, radicchio e una spruzzata di Varnelli (liquore a base di Anice) a cottura ultimata. Finora la migliore pizza che abbia mai mangiato. Servizio ok e prezzi nella norma. Super consigliata.

The pizza is very well-known and equally good. If you're passing through, you absolutely must dine here.
