The best lampredotto, but that's not all. There's always an excellent selection of dishes with a homemade touch. The welcome, atmosphere, and staff are knowledgeable and friendly.

This is a dedication to Ombretta; her family is the commitment, passion, and heart they put into their cooking. Old flavors that have the ability to recall grandma's cooking, a thrill for the palate and the heart. Don't be discouraged if you have to wait a little. It's a small price to pay to taste their simple, carefully prepared, and authentic dishes. It's worth it, trust me!

05/01/2026: We stopped for a Chianina Fiorentina steak, but unfortunately they didn't have any. Since it was too late to change restaurants, we settled on a beef rib (not Chianina) from a producer in Mugello. It was edible, but not what we'd hoped for. Unfortunately, it was served on a wooden cutting board and quickly got cold, which didn't help. We also ordered two first courses: wild boar and duck. The homemade pasta was good, with the sauce being average. A shame considering the price.
