As always, Tato is number one with his super selection of delicious appetizers. Excellent ingredients and a good selection of wines and sparkling wines. A guarantee, but the only small flaw is that the prices have been a bit higher than they were a while ago.

The fish was delicious; I opted for the tasting menu, which was absolutely worth it. Prices were slightly above average, but that's okay. They could have shaved a few euros off the final bill to round out the total, considering the table of five people and the high bill. Aside from this small detail, the overall experience deserves 5 out of 5 stars. The tagliolini to share at the end of the meal was a perfect way to end the meal!

Non dovrei neanche farvela una recensione, perché ve ne ho fatte altre, ma vedendo alcune valutazioni che mi hanno lasciato perplesso ribadisco: Tato è il massimo. Il pesce è freschissimo e cucinato al meglio. Il "percorso" di mare è un viaggio nell'adriatico senza limiti alla bontà dei piatti. Il brodetto supera ogni altro brodetto marchigiano. Grandi come sempre. Ancora grazie a tutti voi, Tato, Andrea, Priscilla, Alessandro e le splendide ragazze al servizio. (Dimenticavo: i prezzi, onestissimi sono assolutamente coerenti con la qualità del pescato). Si torna, si torna...

Location raffinata in ogni dettaglio, che mostra una particolare cura ed attenzione nei confronti del cliente, inoltre mostra un servizio eccellente che mixa i passaggi successivi dei piatti con sapiente professionalità, la materia prima è tale da caratterizzare un ristorante di estrema eccellenza ed anche se i costi si mostrano leggermente alti, direi che sono assolutamente in linea con la raffinatezza e l'eccellenza dei piatti.
Suggerirei a tutti questo posto elegante ma che pone assolutamente a suo agio il cliente.
