21/08/2024: We organized a party for 40 year olds, with L'Alchimista catering, by the pool, in the middle of the summer: Saturday 17th August. Expectations were uncertain, but instead they were very high: tables with white chairs by the pool with coordinated white fabric tablecloths, wine bucket, glass goblets and glasses, cutlery set on free stations, but with a very specific number. All accompanied by a large aperitif buffet, with also a live pot of seafood trofie and a final fruit buffet... abundant quantities, so much so that at a certain point we saw the waiters organizing the remains of the food in aluminum foil with lid and we imagined they were taking it for themselves, however, without any request, they proceeded to wrap it and each of those present took a container home as a "favor"!!! And then the extreme kindness, confidentiality and professionalism of the staff who served us: thank you! All coordinated with uniform. For us it was a wonderful experience to have dealt with this service, starting from the first times when we agreed everything with the Lady in extreme kindness and simplicity. Merit should be recognized when you work well. Thanks again for your availability and professionalism.
