I decided to take my boyfriend here for his birthday, and it was worth it! Stunning view (especially at sunset), refined and delicious food. Kind and welcoming waiters. It was a wonderful experience.

A welcoming and elegant restaurant with a breathtaking view. If you go in the evening, I recommend choosing the sunset view when booking. I recommend the seafood gnocchi, the tarallo-crusted salmon, and the new potatoes. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The only downside is the bathroom, which is on another floor. Otherwise, everything is excellent.

What can I say, everything is top-notch, raw, hard to find in Rome so fresh! The menu is a bit limited, it should change and rotate during the week... highly recommended, unique experience.

Unique and spectacular location. I recommend the tables towards the sunset. Ideal for couples as the tables are all next to the windows, without adjacent diners. The prevailing offer is fish with original and non-traditional dishes. So they may not please or at least surprise. The approach is that of a luxury restaurant with small portions and very delicate flavors. It is not exactly the setting I prefer, so I do not feel like giving 5 stars.

Located in the structure of the famous “Fungo dell’EUR”, the restaurant offers a modern, refined and attention to detail environment, ideal for a romantic dinner, a special occasion or simply to enjoy a beautiful moment above the roofs of the city. Unique panorama: the circular windows offer a 360° view of Rome, especially at sunset or at night. It is truly one of the strong points of the place. Quiet and sophisticated atmosphere: elegant furnishings, soft lighting, discreet music and attentive service contribute to creating a pleasant and relaxing experience. Refined cuisine: well-presented dishes, with quality ingredients and a gastronomic proposal that combines tradition and creativity. The first courses and desserts are especially good. Courteous and professional service: trained, helpful and never intrusive staff. Prices a little high: the bill is in line with the location, but for some dishes perhaps slightly above average compared to the portions. Access and parking: The EUR area offers parking, but it is not always easy to find a spot during rush hour. More visible signage to reach the elevator entrance would be useful. Not a very extensive menu: although the quality is good, the variety of dishes could be slightly expanded, especially regarding vegetarian or vegan options. A restaurant that focuses on the experience, not just the food. Fungo Rooftop manages to combine a spectacular view with a good level of culinary offering and an atmosphere that invites calm and conversation. Recommended for those looking for something special, with that “high altitude” touch that makes the difference.
