In early November, we visited Bagnoregio and Civita. Recommended by locals, we dined at the smoker. We enjoyed excellent cuisine and friendly, family-style service. We had rabbit and legume and chestnut soup. We were amazed by the aromas and flavors. The olive oil deserves a special mention, and we particularly enjoyed it.

We stumbled upon this place by chance and had a very pleasant surprise. The wait staff was very friendly and the dishes tasted authentic. This restaurant is highly recommended for sampling the flavors of Tuscia.

Recommended for those who love to immerse themselves in traditional local cuisine. Delicious picci with truffles. Sautéed local chicory, an immersion in grandmother's simple and flavorful cooking. 18/11/2025: Truly a wonderful discovery. We stumbled upon it almost by chance and found a place that was, first and foremost, beautiful and unique. It features a diverse and original menu and exquisite dishes prepared with attention to every detail. Go and discover it! Recommended. I'll be back with my son and daughter-in-law.
