An evening like being with friends—but with even better food! We were warmly welcomed by the two owners, who took impeccable care of us. One of them is also the chef, and you can see the passion he puts into every dish. They told us the history of the restaurant and made us feel right at home. The food was excellent, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the evening was simply perfect. Highly recommended—we'll definitely be back! 🍷✨

Warm atmosphere with exposed beams (which I personally love) and a panoramic terrace. Very friendly and professional staff. Fast service. We had the house appetizer, of which the zucchini flowers were exceptional, followed by traditional Roman first courses, which were truly delicious. Excellent value. We'll be back.

A quaint and historic family-run restaurant in the historic center of Marino. To celebrate the start of the 2025 grape festival, after strolling through the alleys of the historic center, we headed to this restaurant. We booked on the outdoor veranda, where you can admire a beautiful view, so advance reservations are recommended, especially on weekends and/or during events. The table service is familiar and friendly, typical of castles. For starters, we ordered 4 homemade zucchini flowers, which were truly delicious. For the first course, tagliolini with pecorino cheese, crispy artichokes and bacon, and a gricia, all excellent and with generous portions. For the second course, two offals, 1 baked scamorza with sautéed chicory, 2 baked potatoes, and 1 sautéed chicory. The second courses didn't disappoint either. To drink, 1 liter of good house white wine (Trebbiano), 2 waters, and finally 4 coffees ☕️. Prices are absolutely in line and offer an excellent quality-to-quantity ratio. Upon request (!), they also prepare fish dishes. The final bill was €115. We'll be back.

A very nice restaurant in the center of Marino with a beautiful terrace, very kind and friendly staff, and delicious dishes, from starters to desserts, everything is excellent at competitive prices. Highly recommended!!

Beautiful place, terrace with a view, friendly and hospitable owners. I had Tonnarelli with artichokes and Roman-style tripe...excellent. The house wine was good. Recommended

Excellent cuisine (truly), a beautiful summer terrace, and a warm, friendly atmosphere from the start. The owners are old-fashioned people who still maintain passion and dedication to their work. Competitive prices. A gem discovered by chance in a small town that retains all its charm.

A delightful place to eat well, healthy, and tasty. Traditional dishes made with the freshest ingredients. The house white wine, a local Trebbiano, is excellent. Very friendly and courteous staff. Very short wait time. We've been back twice in two days. There's no doubt about it... Excellent value for money.

Everything was absolutely perfect! The food was exceptional — rich in authentic flavors and beautifully presented — and the service was outstanding. The waiter was attentive, courteous, and truly professional. One of the finest dining experiences in Marino!

Friendly staff, delicious food from appetizers to desserts, and incredibly low prices for excellent quality that you won't find anywhere else! Definitely worth returning.

The food is superb, the welcome is like going to a friend's house and finally the terrace is FABULOUS... Having lunch at Fratone makes you feel good❤️
