Found by chance while passing by for lunch with a motorbike. First encounter with Mr. Nello. It doesn't feel like being in the south. (Unfortunately) with great professionalism, kindness and courtesy he immediately put us at ease making us feel at home. For the rest it felt like being in a fairy tale. Compliments to the owner for everything but especially for having a Ferrari in the dining room like NELLO. Well done.

Friendly and very down-to-earth. Greetings to Angelo and Nello...we hit it off right away and were treated to excellent entertainment, including information about local festivals. We were treated like family. The prices were completely fair, and the meat, side dishes, and fish were excellent.

We were absolutely thrilled! The food was delicious, the service was good, and there was a playground for the kids right next to the tables. The head waiter even speaks German 😉😊

Posto immerso nel verde, servizio impeccabile, si mangia divinamente e la loro specialità è la carne. Purtroppo non abbiamo provato i primi ma i piatti erano tutti super abbondanti e secondo me anche i primi meritavano. Ci ritorneremo alla prima occasione utile !

Ottima location, bella atmosfera, un buon antipasto. Unica pecca, le porzioni dei primi un po’ troppi grandi impediscono di godersi appieno l’esperienza.

28/04/2025: Después de haber visto la película The Equalizer 3 muchas veces tuve que visitar este pequeño restaurante pintoresco que está en la película mientras visitaba la costa de Amalfi. Solo queríamos un pequeño almuerzo, así que pedimos un par de pinturas de tomate y mozzarella y no solo eran enormes, sino probablemente uno de los sándwiches más sabrosos que habíamos probado. La señora que supongo que es dueña del restaurante era tan amable y servicial y realmente nos hizo sentir bienvenidos. Y como bono, nos sentamos donde Denzel Washington estaba en la película. En general, nos encantó nuestra parada de almuerzo y sin duda volvería por comida si alguna vez visitamos la hermosa Atrani en el futuro.

La porción de pasta era decente, pero no estaba hecha en casa. El sabor estaba bien, aunque era demasiado salado para mi gusto. En general, no ofrecía un buen valor. No extrañaría la comida si no volviera. Si estás en la zona, está bien comer aquí, pero no entiendo por qué la gente habla de la comida.

07/10/2025: Perfect stop ti have a lovely pizza and caprese in Positano. Relaxed environment, not too posh but really good food and service.
07/10/2025: Even though MELE has "Pizza and Grill" right in the name, do not miss out on their pasta! The Neapolitan Ragu was excellent, the beef in the sauce was braised to perfection. Also had the Ravioli and Gnocchi which were also really great. Amazing hospitality as well!
