Excellent products, although the prices are a bit higher, but that's okay if you want quality. However, the business's true strength is the dry, rough, essential, and frank, almost rude, nature of some of the staff. A smile would be enough... and instead, this evening, they almost threw a receipt at me. But ultimately, I go there for the product, I pay, and as Cannavacciuolo says: Goodbye!

Customer of this bakery for years, since they were in the old location, now in the new one it is truly a spectacle, the large counter is full of every possible baked product, from breakfast to cakes to any type of bread, as far as I'm concerned the best is the Easter cake... And I'm leaving from Rome to get it! Highly recommended place!

EVERY TIME I PASS THROUGH UMBRIA I HAVE TO STOP IN THIS FANTASTIC PLACE. IT IS A VERY LARGE PLACE WITH MANY PARKING SPACES, IT IS A BAKERY, A PASTRY SHOP AND ROAST. YOU CAN FIND EVERYTHING, FRESH SWEETS, FANTASTIC PIZZAS AND THE CHEESE EASTER CAKE (WITH CHEESE), THE BEST I HAVE EATEN. THE VERY KIND STAFF IS MAXIMUM CLEANLINESS AND ORDER. I RECOMMEND IT WITH ALL MY SINCERITY.

12/10/2025: We've dined several times at this restaurant, located in the historic center of Gualdo Tadino. The menu features traditional dishes and pizza, sure to please all palates. Excellent value. Very friendly and helpful staff.
12/10/2025: I visited Il Palio restaurant and pizzeria and had a truly pleasant experience, thanks in large part to the extremely kind, cheerful, and attentive staff. The evening was quite lively because the dining room was full of thirteen-year-olds celebrating their birthdays, so there was plenty of noise and confusion. Despite this, the service was impeccable: the wait staff remained calm and courteous throughout the dinner, handling the situation with great professionalism and kindness. The food arrived on time, was well-prepared, and very good; everything was well-cooked and made with quality ingredients, while the dishes we saw being served at nearby tables were equally inviting. Ultimately, despite the lively atmosphere, the kindness of the staff and the deliciousness of the dishes made for a pleasant and relaxed evening. This is a truly worthy venue for its hospitality, friendliness, and quality of food.
