A bakery called "forno" where you can find all the specialties of Matera: PGI bread, fougasse, panzerotto (small fried or baked turnover topped with mozzarella, ham or vegetables), taralli (biscuits for aperitif) and a myriad of sweet or savory biscuits. The staff are lovely!

08/12/2024: Beautiful atmosphere in an enchanting location. Francesco is an exceptional host: kind, attentive and who makes hospitality a true art. The menu is made from top quality raw materials accompanied by refined labels that make the culinary journey a real experience. To say that we had a good time is really an understatement. 14/03/2025: "The Pizzeria Eleat 2.0 in Matera was a real discovery! The environment is welcoming and modern, perfect for an evening with friends. The staff is extremely kind and helpful, ready to recommend the best flavor combinations. The pizza is simply exceptional: the dough is light and digestible, the toppings are fresh and high quality, and the variety of choice is truly wide. I particularly appreciated the pizza with typical Lucanian products, a real riot of local flavours. The homemade desserts are also delicious, a perfect way to end dinner. The value for money is excellent, considering the high quality of the ingredients and the service. I highly recommend Pizzeria Eleat 2.0 to anyone who wants to enjoy authentic, high-quality pizza in Matera. I will definitely be back!"
