Truly excellent red pizzas, pretzels and Roman shovel! Abundant and quality ingredients, soft but well cooked dough. It's a shame we didn't reheat them before eating them: it would have certainly brought out the flavors better. The girl who served us was very good and kind. I will gladly return!

One of the best bakeries in the city. Many types of bread with quality flours. The bread scones are fantastic. Exquisite pizzas with various toppings and also a good choice of desserts.... You can even find bread just before closing, which is not common in the city. Highly recommended

Friendly staff and really great products

I have been their customer for years, spelled bread with amazing sourdough! The only flaw: in my opinion the desserts that I taste every now and then are always too sweet, giving them a slightly cloying taste in which the sweet prevails and the aromas are less noticeable.

When I pass by I have to stop, everything is delicious and high quality. The bread is the best in Turin for me, it lasts even a week. The pizza with tomato is delicious. Friendly staff. Highly recommended!

When I want to treat myself to a sweet with a pleasant flavour, I go to Via Tripoli. Despite being a non-regular and anonymous customer, I am always treated with extreme kindness. I find the quality excellent and the price?? Adequate!! From the reviews, the tendency towards criticism (devoid of subsistence and aimed at populism) which is never constructive is increasingly evident. OTHERS' hours of work and sacrifices apparently do not deserve fair remuneration. Instead of abusing review 'outbursts', enjoy one of their pear and chocolate cakes as simple users and not as food critics for whom experience and qualifications would be necessary.
