I have had the opportunity to try the oven several times, and I must admit that the quality of the products is undoubtedly high. Fragrant bread, well-made pizzas and desserts and evident attention to raw materials.
However, what is perplexing is the price level, which is significantly higher than the average for the area.
I understand that quality has a cost, but we are talking about baked goods, everyday consumer goods that should be accessible to everyone, especially in a popular neighborhood like this. This is not a starred restaurant, but a fundamental service for the community.
It would be desirable to review the pricing policy to get closer to the needs of the area, certain that a more inclusive approach, which makes these excellent products accessible to a wider public, would not only benefit customers but would also strengthen the bakery's bond with the neighbourhood.
An oven should be a point of reference for everyone, not a luxury for a few.
I hope that this feedback will be welcomed as a constructive starting point for improvement.

Excellent bread, with cereals, with seeds, with pumpkin and in a thousand ways. Pizzas and focaccias are also notable. Wide choice of desserts too.

Compared to the average quality of bakeries (really very low) it certainly stands out. I tasted different products, from bread, to pizza, to Roman shovel etc. The prices certainly need to be reviewed as they are very high and not appropriate for a bakery.

Historic bakery in the San Paolo area. Excellent baked products, from bread to dry pastries, from tasty croissants to the many varieties of pizza by the slice. Friendly and helpful staff.

In my opinion the best. If you have leftover bread, you can eat it for days.
I love bread with dried tomatoes and bread pizzas. But it's all great.
I have no experience with sweets because I don't eat them

Equipped with so many types of pizzas and focaccias that you will be spoiled for choice. I've tried several, all very good both in terms of dough and seasoning. The desserts also looked great. Prices slightly above average, but honest. Friendly and helpful staff.
